4900الاسعار 15-35 للقدم8 أقساط مريحه1- بالنسبة للعربون نستلم 25٪ من المبلغ مقدماً،2- و 25٪ عند تسليم التصميم الأولي.3- و 25٪ عند تسليم التصميم النهائي.4- المبلغ المتبقي يتم استلامه عند تسليم التصاميم النهائية التي تحوي على تفاصيل المواصفات و القياسات و أسعار الأثاث و الأماكن التي بإمكان الزبون أن يشتري الأثاث منها.5- اذا حب الزبون أن نشرف على العمل و ننفذه، فنستلم 50٪ مقدماً، و التي تشمل قيمة الأثاث و غيرها من الأمور،6- ثم نستلم 20٪ قبل خروج الأثاث للمصنع7- ثم نستلم 15٪ عند و التركيب8- ، و بقية المبلغ عند الانتهاء من العمل. كم المدة إلي تحتاجونها لتجهيز التصميم؟ تعتمد المدة على الحجم أو المكان و نوعية التصميم، و قد تأخذ من شهر إلى ٣ أشهر. فترة التنفيذ تأخذ من 1إلى ٨ شهور حسب التصميم. للأماكن الصغيرة ، تأخذ فترة التصميم أسبوعين تقريباً و التنفيذ ٣ أشهر. مسألة التصاريح من البلدية و غيرها بتكون على منو؟إذا اختار الزبون أن نقوم بتنفيذ التصميم، نحن بنتولى التصاريح بالكامل باختلاف أنواعها.هل عندكم ستايل معين تتمسكون فيه؟إبداعنا يرتكز على التصاميم الحديثة و المودرن، ولكن دائماً ما نقترح على الزبون أن ينوع بين الغرف بمختلف التصاميم، إذا كانت الفيلا كبيرة، و ممكن نصمم تصاميم كلاسك من الطراز القديم بشكل ممتاز أيضاً، مثل ما شفتوا في الصور.إذا عندي فكرة معينة في بالي ممكن Modern Citi Group: Renovations & Remodeling

Modern Citi Group recently collaborated with Amelia and Jeremy to reimagine their newly purchased Junior-4 apartment with a complete remodel. This exciting renovation transformed the layout to add a second bedroom, a full second bathroom, and an updated kitchen layout. The goal was to create a functional, family-friendly floor plan and a modern, visually appealing space tailored to their lifestyle. Our design team faced the challenge of balancing modern aesthetics with a strict budget. After exploring multiple layout options and visualizations, Amelia and Jeremy chose a design they felt best suited their vision. The construction team brought the design to life, converting the dining room into a second bedroom with a large closet. The kitchen layout was reconfigured to feature an island, additional storage, and ergonomic functionality. We transformed a powder room into a full second bathroom with a walk-in shower and re-purposed the walk-in closet off the primary bedroom into a home office with a built-in desk. Our professionals refinished floors, walls, and ceilings, upgraded plumbing and electrical systems, and installed additional lighting throughout to optimize flow and functionality. The kitchen featured solid wood cabinetry, quartz countertops, and a porcelain tile floor. Neutral gray-blue cabinets complement the Empira White stone and matte black hardware, creating a sleek, fashion-forward space. Both bathrooms were reimagined with luxurious new tiling, stylish fixtures, and upgraded plumbing and lighting. The powder room was converted into a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, featuring Arabescato Marble porcelain tiles and Benjamin Moore Palladian Blue walls to unify the kitchen and bath designs. High-quality fixtures from Delta and Kohler added a refined touch. In just a few short months, Modern Citi Group transformed an outdated apartment into a sleek, modern home. The remodel beautifully combines style, comfort, and functionality, creating a space that's both elevated and efficient.

The now updated primary bathroom feels much more open, purposeful, and the shower footprint has tripled. Modern whites and creamy neutrals give this attractive bathroom a calming Zen yet chic aesthetic. Custom Walnut cabinetry adds depth and richness, providing generous storage while complementing the leathered Taj Mahal stone surface and polished nickel fixtures. A double niche was incorporated in the design for convenient space- saving storage and a smart toilet bidet was necessary for comfort. Every material was chosen for its beauty and function, resulting in a serene, spa-like environment that invites daily relaxation and doesn’t fall into a single style category.

This project reimagines a 1940s Maple Leaf residence for a young family of four—transforming it into a modern transitional home that feels timeless, warm, and truly lived in. The goal was to balance character with comfort, creating spaces that support daily family life while remaining refined and enduring in design. Our approach focused on optimizing the space plan to improve flow, storage, and functionality throughout the home. Every decision was guided by how the family lives, works, and gathers, ensuring each room feels intuitive, comfortable, and purposeful without sacrificing beauty. A cohesive, nature-inspired palette ties the home together. Warm whites and oak tones form a calm foundation, layered with greens and soft blues for depth and balance. From the serene, color-drenched primary bedroom to the playful nursery and the productivity-focused home office anchored by a landscape mural, each space was designed to elevate everyday living while feeling effortlessly welcoming.

Minebrook

C2 | Studio Landscape Architecture

The concept for this project was to reveal the sensation of an active, living landscape in flux and echo the vitality and energy of the wetland that comprises much of this rural site. A mosaic of shifting concrete slabs, set in a field of limestone bands and chip seal, flows through screens of bamboo, set in motion by the slightest breeze. The implied motion of the ground plane blurs the boundary where the terrace and parking court meet, serving the dual purpose of expanded entertaining area or overflow parking during large gatherings. The clipped formal hedge that folds around the house and delineates the lawn stands in stark opposition to the unrestrained hemlock forest that envelops the property, heightening the contrast between the two. This comprehensive main floor remodel transformed a dated early-2000s home into a warm, distinctive space tailored for modern family life and effortless entertaining. Located in Northwest Indiana, the home’s renovation included the kitchen, living room, dining-to-sitting room conversion, office, mudroom, and laundry—each space reimagined with layered detail and a cohesive design language. The project’s primary goal was to move away from builder-grade finishes and create a home full of character and comfort. In the kitchen, we reworked the layout to improve flow—removing a restrictive peninsula, extending the island for added seating, and designing a custom hood and cabinetry plan that worked around existing structural beams. A warmer palette of earth tones and neutrals reflected the clients’ personal style, while upgraded lighting, a statement range, and a larger pantry elevated functionality. A double-sided fireplace connecting the kitchen and living room was redesigned to feel more intentional, with cohesive materials used on both faces. In the living area, a previously underwhelming wet bar became a standout moment with deep green cabinetry, a wine fridge, and built-in storage—adding both function and sophistication. Throughout the project, structural limitations and narrow footprints presented design challenges that were met with custom solutions—from a uniquely shaped island to intentional lighting plans that worked around ceiling beams. The final result is a highly personal, connected series of spaces that support both everyday routines and meaningful moments of gathering—infused with warmth, purpose, and a relaxed sense of luxury.

As a part of a larger transformation, the kitchen served as an anchor for rethinking how the home could feel and function. The goal was to create a space that felt truly integrated, flowed naturally within itself, and connected seamlessly to the outdoors. Storage was a top priority, with an emphasis on keeping countertops clean and the space feeling calm and open. Flow was equally important. What began as a layout optimized for entertaining evolved into a more intentional approach, where every sightline and transition was thoughtfully considered. The clients also needed the kitchen to work hard for their lifestyle, with a commercial-size refrigerator and freezer, generous prep space, and room to gather. The challenge was to bring purpose and polish to a space that didn’t quite feel like it belonged. The result is a kitchen that’s not only highly functional but finally feels like part of the home. Project challenges: - Maximizing storage was a primary challenge, especially with the inclusion of a commercial-sized fridge and freezer that occupied valuable cabinetry space. - The need for clean, uninterrupted lines throughout the kitchen required thoughtful detailing, especially around cabinetry transitions and appliance integration. - The oversized island design required two stone slabs and waterfall edges on both sides which posed both visual and logistical challenges. - Incorporating electrical outlets into the island in a way that felt intentional and unobtrusive demanded creative problem-solving. - The unique rooflines created strong visual angles that required a considered design approach to ensure the space felt cohesive rather than disjointed. - Balancing symmetry and flow in a kitchen with structural constraints required precise layout planning to maintain a cohesive visual rhythm. - Creating an intentional indoor/outdoor living flow, especially in the transitional space between the sliding doors to the backyard and the kitchen. Project solutions: - To balance the visual weight of the commercial-grade fridge and freezer, we flanked the range and hood with full-height pocket cabinetry, which created symmetry while reclaiming storage space. We also took a look into internal organization and carefully mapped out where every kitchen item would live. This allowed us to make informed decisions about drawer versus door configurations, and when to incorporate features like roll-out shelving to maximize accessibility and function. - Linear light fixtures above the island were chosen for their low visual impact, allowing sightlines to remain clear and emphasizing the thoughtful spatial layout. - The oversized island was carefully executed using two coordinated slabs, with a subtle brass inlay detail between them to turn a logistical challenge into a design feature. - Pop-up electrical outlets were integrated into the island to keep surfaces clutter-free while maintaining easy access, which combined form and function seamlessly. - With multiple focal points and a peaked vaulted ceiling, layout precision was key. The island, hood, and adjacent staircase were all perfectly centered on the vault, creating a sense of alignment across the open space. - In the transitional area between kitchen and backyard, we added a wet bar that visually and functionally connects the indoor space with the outdoors. This addition provides extra storage and creates a dedicated entertainment spot for guests, enhancing the overall flow and usability of the home.

This project focused on creating a more functional and connected first floor while introducing a refined, modern aesthetic. The design prioritizes open sightlines, improved circulation, and purposeful zones for daily living. The kitchen, dining, and living spaces were reworked to feel cohesive and expansive, while private areas such as the primary suite were enhanced for comfort and usability. Material selections balance warmth and contrast, combining darker cabinetry, natural wood tones, and light stone surfaces to create a grounded and livable environment. Storage was a key driver throughout the design, with added pantry space, built-ins, and a fully customized closet.

The primary goal for this Concord, MA 1970’s contemporary expansion and renovation was to customize the house for the needs of a growing, active family. The project was done in phases. Phase one involved renovating and expanding the kitchen, adding a sun room and adding a first floor entry porch and foyer. Phase two included adding a master bedroom suite with deck, adding a multi-purpose large family room and outdoor patio with hot tub and remodeling a basement recreation room. On the third floor, a private home office.

This main floor renovation turned out perfect! Our clients wanted to reimagine their living space in their older raised bungalow, and we were happy to help! One bedroom was re-purposed into a custom music room open to the front entry and living room area. And another was converted into a luxurious walk in closet off the primary bedroom. New hardwood flooring was installed throughout. The kitchen was completely opened up to the dining and living rooms. The new cabinets, island, countertops, custom millwork, wood beams and plank ceiling helped create a beautiful space for cooking and entertaining! And even though the traditional plaster walls and ceilings were preserved, fresh paint and trim complemented the transformation!

With over 4,500 square feet of living space, it features expansive open areas ideal for family gatherings or entertaining friends. The elegant entrance is highlighted by a grand staircase leading to massive 12-foot iron doors. Inside, you'll be captivated by soaring ceilings and expansive sliding glass doors that overlook an elevated pool and serene river views. The contemporary design invites natural light from every direction, featuring a two-story great room and a chef’s kitchen complete with a butler’s pantry designed for entertaining. The primary bedroom suite provides a romantic setting with floor-to-ceiling windows perfect for enjoying the sunrise. The outdoor living space is vast, with several conversational areas, including a cabana equipped with an outdoor kitchen and bar overlooking the pool and river.
