The primary residence possessed a multi-pitched Gabel Roof including multiple dormers. All valleys and protrusions were flashed with copper; we maintained the original chimney flashing after placing new mortar as required.

Second homes and vacation homes are such fun projects for us and when Portland residents Leslie and Phil found their dream house on the fairway in central Oregon, they asked us to help them make it feel like home. Updates to carpet and paint refreshed the palette for new furnishings, and the homeowners requested we use their treasured art and accessories to truly create that “homey” feeling. This project had us take the old roof down to the rafters, replacing all the decking with 1/2 inch CDX sheathing. We then covered the roof with full GAF ice and water membrane, replaced the valley and protrusion flashing with 16oz red copper and replaced the flat membrane roofing with Firestone EPDM. We built this custom pickleball and half basketball court for a private residential estate in McCall, Idaho. The fencing was custom fabricated out of metal and powder coated black and the shed was designed to compliment the existing mountain modern architecture of the primary residence and was clad in the same reclaimed oak siding. It was built while also completing a toy barn or "barndominium" for the estate as well as a gym addition to the primary home.
