Refined interiors are comprised of white oak, light stone, and white walls with steel accents. The design team prioritized sophisticated, clean lines with high-quality finishes and fabrics. They incorporated a neutral and grey palate with furnishings that feature pops of blues and gold throughout the home.

The unique opportunity and challenge for the Joshua Tree project was to enable the architecture to prioritize views. Set in the valley between Mummy and Camelback mountains, two iconic landforms located in Paradise Valley, Arizona, this lot “has it all” regarding views. The challenge was answered with what we refer to as the desert pavilion.
This highly penetrated piece of architecture carefully maintains a one-room deep composition. This allows each space to leverage the majestic mountain views. The material palette is executed in a panelized massing composition. The home, spawned from mid-century modern DNA, opens seamlessly to exterior living spaces providing for the ultimate in indoor/outdoor living.

To ensure peak performance, the Boise Passive House utilized triple-pane glazing with the A5 aluminum window, Air-Lux Sliding door, and A7 swing door. Each product brings dynamic efficiency, further affirming an air-tight building envelope. The increased air-seals, larger thermal breaks, argon-filled glazing, and low-E glass, may be standard features for the Glo Series but they provide exceptional performance just the same. Furthermore, the low iron glass and slim frame profiles provide clarity and increased views prioritizing overall aesthetics despite their notable efficiency values.

The view of the family room is open to the outdoors and the kitchen area. Bringing in a current gray colored cabinetry, silver gray custom sized sectional with a whimsical circular patterned ottoman and matching throw pillows, along with my custom designed glass and metal rolling coffee table bring uber function for this family home.

This charming Chappaqua renovation prioritizes comfort and tranquility for empty nesters. With a soothing neutral palette and modern aesthetic, each room seamlessly incorporates unique elements, fostering both relaxation and connection within the home.
This inviting family room features a sophisticated update. The existing built-ins were painted a striking charcoal black, creating a bold contrast. The bookcase backings utilize a soft gray grasscloth wallpaper, adding textural depth and visual interest. A comfortable custom sofa with a chaise lounge boasts built-in lumbar support for ultimate relaxation. Dual coffee tables provide ample surface space, perfect for gathering. The furnishings rest on a luxurious charcoal rug with a light gray asymmetrical pattern, tying the space together.

Accessibility was a primary driver in the design of this residential elevator project. The homeowners were focused on ensuring they could comfortably access all four levels of their home as they age, leading them to opt for a thoughtfully integrated elevator installation. Beyond function, it was equally important that the elevator felt like a natural extension of the home’s existing style and charm. The design prioritizes warmth, timeless materials, and architectural continuity, allowing the elevator to blend seamlessly with both the interior spaces and the exterior façade. The result is a solution that supports long-term livability without sacrificing the character or elegance of the home.

Modern bathroom remodels emphasize sleek design, cutting-edge fixtures, and luxurious amenities. Our modern bathroom remodel service offers a seamless fusion of contemporary style and functionality. This includes clean lines, minimalist fixtures, and innovative materials. From state-of-the-art LED lighting to space-saving vanities and high-tech faucets, we prioritize efficiency and elegance in every detail. Elevate your daily routine with a modern bathroom remodel that embodies sophistication, convenience, and the latest trends in interior design.
Our goal for the master bathroom was to make better use of the space. The original bathroom had a small acrylic shower and a large jacuzzi bathtub. Our plan was to create a spacious walk-in shower, relocate the toilet, add a double sink vanity, and maximize the available space. By moving the sink wall over a foot, we were able to accommodate a 72-inch vanity and create a spacious doorway. The toilet was relocated and repositioned for added privacy. We designed a custom curbless walk-in shower with a corner shower bench and niche. A glass-gridded shower partition was added to separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom. To add a touch of color and drama, we chose black fixtures to complement the light gray walls and white quartz countertops. The almost 6-inch shower head, along with the handheld shower wand, provides a luxurious spa-like experience from the comfort of your home.

Dining Room in Bronco | Key Feature: A Scottsdale new-build rooted in sculptural modernism, Bronco Revival balances bold black-and-white contrast with organic textures, natural wood elements, and statement lighting. As a groundbreaking “Live Lab” designer residence, it’s a first-of-its-kind space where luxury furnishings are tested in real-world conditions before being introduced into high-profile client homes.
Challenge: Because Bronco Revival was the designer’s personal residence, the project carried a unique level of pressure and intention. The challenge was creating a Scottsdale new-build that felt elevated and editorial while still functioning as a true family home. Every selection had to balance bold sculptural modernism (high contrast, statement lighting, architectural furnishings) with durability, comfort, and day-to-day livability. In addition, the home served as a “Live Lab,” meaning new vendors, materials, and luxury furnishings needed to be tested in real-life conditions before being trusted for future high-profile client projects.
Solution: We approached the project with a highly curated, test-and-refine design strategy, treating each space as both a finished interior and a real-world evaluation environment. Key furnishings, textiles, and materials were selected to support the modern organic vision while also standing up to the demands of everyday family life. We worked through selections intentionally, layering in bold contrast, natural woods, and sculptural statement pieces, while prioritizing performance materials, pet-friendly durability, and timeless foundational elements. By using the home as a lived-in showroom, we were able to validate what truly performs beautifully, refine our vendor relationships, and confidently carry those proven selections into future client designs.

Built by Schumacher Homes, America's Largest Custom Home Builder, this stunning Santa Barbara Coastal in Circleville, Ohio, effortlessly balances classic architectural details with modern elements. It is no wonder the Santa Barbara floor plan is a homeowner favorite, engineered with an open-concept layout that naturally brings the family together. The main living zone features a dramatic flat-peak cathedral ceiling stretching across both the great room and kitchen, adding an incredibly spacious, light-filled, and airy volume to the home's core. Designed for culinary efficiency, the kitchen boasts a massive walk-in pantry with a window, flooding the storage space with natural light so checking inventory before making a grocery list is completely effortless. Just off the main living area, an adaptive flex room is open to your interpretation—easily functioning as a sophisticated formal dining room, private flexible home office, music room, or children's playroom depending on your lifestyle needs.
The thoughtful architecture acts as a private sanctuary when it is time to unwind, showcasing a secluded owner's retreat that shines with premium interior lighting and its own elegant cathedral ceilings. Prioritizing ultimate convenience and daily flow, the suite features a highly innovative layout hack: a direct laundry room pass-through door connecting the main laundry room straight into the owner's expansive walk-in closet. Completing this primary oasis, the deluxe owner's bath is beautifully appointed with a custom tile shower and dual vanities, creating a spa-like, get-away-from-it-all retreat right at home.

London's apartments are known for their grand entrances, which often feature intricate designs and elegant finishes. From the moment you step into the building, you can feel the sense of luxury and sophistication that these entrances exude.
Some apartments in London have grand foyers with high ceilings, ornate chandeliers, and marble floors. The walls are adorned with beautiful artwork, and there may be a concierge desk staffed by helpful and friendly personnel.
Other apartments have more modest entrances, but they still convey a sense of style and elegance. These entrances may have sleek modern designs with clean lines and minimalist decor. They may also feature unique lighting fixtures or artwork that make a bold statement.
Regardless of the style or size of the entrance, London apartments often prioritize security. Many buildings have security cameras, key card access, or even on-site security personnel to ensure the safety of residents.
Overall, the entrances of London's apartments are a reflection of the city's rich history and culture, as well as its contemporary style and sophistication. Whether you're looking for a grand entrance that will take your breath away, or a more understated entrance that still impresses, London's apartments have something for everyone.

Whether it’s the convenience of the pot filler over the range or the glow of the under-cabinet lighting, this remodel proves that you don't have to choose between "magazine-ready" style and everyday livability. If you’re looking for a contractor who prioritizes meticulous craftsmanship and personalized design, I’m ready to help you bring your dream kitchen to life.
