Outdoor living space created for this family, with a reorientation of the deck and patio underneath to create a private living space screened out from the neighbors. Mulitiple areas of living spaces with the deck, patio underneath, pool area and firepit in the back area off the pool space for year-round entertaining.

It was important to make a statement with expressive walls through bright wallpapers, combine artistic and remarkable furniture and also outstanding and even provocative pieces of art.

This screened-in porch was custom-built by Express Sunrooms of Charleston with a gently sloped roof and full poolside views—offering shade, breeze, and bug-free comfort. Overlooking a private inground pool, the space creates a seamless transition between indoor relaxation and outdoor fun—perfect for Lowcountry living at its best.

Interiors layer warmth and texture—from pendant-lit kitchen spaces to a lounge where mirrors and soft fixtures amplify vineyard views. The dining room offers subtle drama with a sculptural chandelier and layered tablescape, while upstairs bedrooms provide serene, understated accommodations. Outdoors, a shaded pergola and inviting pavilion extend living into the landscape, blending reflection with connection. Even the wine cave entrance is quietly expressive, a nook where contemplation meets conviviality. Layered, calm, and purposefully personal, the estate feels modern yet timeless, welcoming without revealing too much.

The Space Everything you need is near the apartment. Safe neighborhood. Bedroom has a queen size Tempurpedic memory foam cloud bed. Kitchen had great counter space, easy for cooking meals in. Living room has cozy couches, flat screen TV and is a great lounging and relaxing area. There is cable and Wifi in apartment. Full bathroom-shower and tub. Just 3 blocks from an Express Subway stop (4,5,6 line) and Express and Local Bus on the same block. The subway will take you to Times Square in 5 minutes, and all the way to the Southern tip of the city (Freedom Towers - 9/11 Memorial) within 30 minutes. 59th street transit stop is close by (N,R,Q,W and the 4-5-6 lines all servicing up and downtown).
