This fun classic kitchen in Gold River features Columbia frameless cabinets in Sandy Hook grey. A green glass backsplash in a random matte and polished pattern complements the cabinets which are faced with both painted wood and frosted glass. The Silestone countertops in the Lyra finish have an ogee bullnose edge. The floors are finished in a rich brown porcelain tile of varying sizes that are made to resemble distressed wood. Modern family loft in Boston. New walnut stair treads lead up to the master suite. A wall separating the master bedroom from the double height living space was replaced with a folding glass door to open the bedroom to the living space while still allowing for both visual and acoustical privacy. Surfaces built into the new railing atop the stair create a functional work area with a fantastic view and clear shot to the play space below. By moving the exterior wall to the patio out two feet, we were able to create an open kitchen/dining/living space in perfect proportion for this mid-century style home. This extra space allowed us to transform the existing galley kitchen into a U-shape with a peninsula bar. The blue base cabinets pack a punch of color, while the white uppers and backsplash create a light and airy space that looks bigger than the actual square footage.

We designed the layers of lighting in this kitchen to provide bright task lighting over the counter top, interior lighting to display the homeowner's dishware in the glass cabinets, accent lighting along the toe kick area, and ambient lighting underneath the counter top's over hang on the peninsula.

Woodside, CA spa-sauna project is one of our favorites. From the very first moment we realized that meeting customers expectations would be very challenging due to limited timeline but worth of trying at the same time. It was one of the most intense projects which also was full of excitement as we were sure that final results would be exquisite and would make everyone happy. This sauna was designed and built from the ground up by TBS Construction's team. Goal was creating luxury spa like sauna which would be a personal in-house getaway for relaxation. Result is exceptional. We managed to meet the timeline, deliver quality and make homeowner happy. TBS Construction is proud being a creator of Atherton Luxury Spa-Sauna.

Rich, warm yet strikingly beautiful! This kitchen got a major overhaul with its oversized island housing a pre-sing, wine fridge, and tons of storage. Relocation of the refractor to make way for the gourmet range alongside the existing window framed sink. This kitchen is "L" shaped and has a hidden pantry built-in behind the fridge.
