Enlarged this 2nd bedroom by removing the hall closet and relocating the 3rd bedroom (now office) entry doors to the living room. Fun, yet sophisticated bedroom for a young girl to grow into. Added a wall of closet organization vs a traditional closet to get more storage.

Converted a small stand alone shower & unused garden tub into a linen closet & double person walk-in shower. The biggest challenge was to provide more storage. We tackled this by adding the linen closet, new vanity base with drawers vs. doors, above cabinet storage with drawers & electrical outlets in the cabinet to hide toothbrushes, hair tools, etc.

The existing wood paneling is a very nice feature to this space. Although the space is small, we maximized every inch by turning the furniture on an angle & placing the TV over the fireplace. Placing a large area rug helped to warm up & anchor the furniture.

Overall view how how the room was opened up to the kitchen and dining. Huge difference!

Refreshed this bathroom space by brightening it up with lighter paint, and brighter vanity light. By simply updating lighting, vanity, mirror, and paint it gave a whole new life to the bathroom.

Although this room was intended as a dining room, the client preferred a pool table to better meet his entertaining needs. The artwork collage wall is a collection of pieces from travel, friends, & local finds that was designed to be added to in the future.

By opening up the back wall to the kitchen, it allowed for a large kitchen island and a view into the living room. The blue island ties into the blue leather recliners in the living room. The tile checked floor as some character to the kitchen without being too bold.

This kitchen had a great existing layout, but was ready for an update. By refacing 70% of the cabinets, we were able to save the homeowner money. We then did an entire new island, added a coffee bar, and a more functional cabinet pull out tray pantry.

The floor space of the shower didn't increase from the original floorplan, however by tiling the entire window wall and apron tub front, along with a frameless shower glass system, we were able to visually make the space appear larger.
