The customer wanted to maintain a classic look to the pool renovation. They chose to go with white brushed concrete around the pool with a white aluminum coping and new Old mill cobble ‘tera cotta’ interlock deck around a new modern looking shed for the equipment . The steel fence was removed between the house and the pool to provide more openness. The yard was regraded behind the pool to provide proper drainage .We replaced all plumbing and installed a new diving board. We didn´t have to sacrifice any area because of the space, we were able to fit a laundry area, get the kitchen hood system properly installed, a coffee station, a hand-wash station, storage for cleaning products, and most importantly for me, a built-in oven.

You can see a close up view of the tall neck faucet with a seperate handle to turn on and off by Moen with a seperate spray handle that pulls out. The under mount sink should have a tight line andshould be properly sealed with a silicone glue

This job presented many unique angles, protrusions and other technical design challenges. We installed 24 gauge Englert steel in 16" black matte panels with 1.5" mechanical lock seams. This new roof should last 50 years and stand up to 140 mph winds when properly maintained.
