Most recent bathroom renovation that we were working on along with a similar project we should be finishing shortly. Customer has us install a new vanity, fixtures, flooring, baseboard trim, and new paint on walls, ceiling, and door. During demo we found an electrical wire someone ran though the cabinet that had to be rerouted properly though the wall and the plumbing had to be brought up through the wall since this vanity had drawers in the bottom. We also had to add a toilet flange extender since the original flange now sat below finished flooring.

This project included renovating an old pond into a new custom creation by the Pontz boys. We began this project by dismantling the existing water feature and set aside the existing components and rock to be reused in the new pond. After removal of the existing pond we excavated a new shape and installed a new pond liner and underlayment. After lining the pond we installed the existing skimmer and biofalls as well as the pond pump and plumbing. The pond was then rocked in using the existing stone as well as some additional larger rocks we brought in from off site. New gravel was placed on all horizontal surfaces to protect the liner and finish off the proper ecosystem pond. Per usual the customers couldn’t have been happier with the final results. Inspiration for a mid-sized timeless backyard stone and rectangular hot tub remodel in Richmond

The homeowner requested the addition of a dedicated closet space to the basement bedroom to enhance storage and overall functionality. The project began with framing out the new closet wall, followed by electrical rough-in, where a licensed electrician installed wiring for proper lighting and outlets. After drywall was hung, taped, and mudded, a knockdown texture was applied to match the existing finishes in the room. The walls were then primed and painted, bringing the closet to life. The door was installed, and finally, the trim was added, giving the closet a clean, polished look that seamlessly ties the space together. This closet addition is now complete, offering both style and function to the bedroom.

Community Mosaic Tile Project at a home for trafficked children in Ghana. Submitted by Misha Moore: One of the older boys was an artist and was a great asset in the installation. When we were done, I asked if he would continue to mosaic if he had the proper tools. I gave him my QEP 32035Q Compound Tile Nippers and floats prior to leaving. The children each set a piece in the border, but before placing it, they wrote their name or a short message on the back of their tile. For these children who had nothing, this mosaic holds a special place for each of them.
