People can sit back and relax under the porch roof of the cabana, grab a beverage out of one of the two beverage refrigerators and view a game on the television. Glass doors on the beverage refrigerators make selecting one's beverage of choice quick and easy. The granite countertops have plenty of space for a pitcher of water or a buffet of snacks. The whole beverage area gets extra protection from the elements at a push of a button -- when hidden roll-down shutters descend from the ceiling to the porch floor.

These clients have a large family with teen kids and wanted a modern updated basement to accommodate their social activities and draw the kids to their house to hang out. With plenty of room in the basement, we designed a full-service bar, equipped with a sink, dishwasher drawers, icemaker, beverage refrigerator and liquor storage. Framing was added over the bar to accentuate the shape of the bar and give the feeling of a floating bulkhead. A wall of glass mosaic was added to give texture and depth to the space, along with a leather upholstered overlay on the front of the bar. The counter tops are a combination of Quartz and Eucalyptus wood with poured resin over the top for protection. There is a lounge area with a projection TV and 84” wide screen with plenty of seating and storage for games. The other end of the basement hosts a ping pong table set aside for the serious players. The existing lighting was removed and a new lighting layout with fixtures were installed to address any activities that might be occurring in the various spaces. The end result is an incredible living space in the basement for both the teens and their friends, as well as the adults to enjoy games on the big screen as well as a rambunctious game of ping pong.

"This Mckinney property was built in 2001, and it had a 16x16 brushed concrete pad and homeowner wanted to add not only a covered patio for his kids and family , but since the back of the house faces an angle where the sun hits the of the kitchen and family room from sunrise to sunset, we decided to solve that issue by adding a see through fireplace at an angle that perfectly blocks and protects the family room and kitchen, we ran 60 ft of gas line from the meter to allow the installation of this modern stainless steel with led and crushed glass, surrounded by austin stone on the front and back
The cedar tongue with a natural stain provides the perfect protection against the sun during the day and the LED can lights illuminate the area perfectly at night to be able to entertain friends and family or just spend some time enjoying the game on the tv above the fireplace
The stamped concrete, and hardie board siding on the exterior are the perfect combination for a low maintenance covered patio.

This luxury home renovation transformed a traditional family room with a vaulted ceiling into a spacious two-story great room designed for entertaining, music, and multi-generational gatherings. The thoughtfully planned addition accommodates generous seating, a dedicated game table for family celebrations, and an elegant grand piano, creating a sophisticated yet welcoming living space. Expansive windows are fitted with motorized window treatments that provide effortless light control, UV protection, and privacy at the touch of a remote. Bespoke custom drapery adds architectural softness, luxurious texture, and enhanced acoustics through sound dampening, completing a refined interior that seamlessly blends timeless design, modern convenience, and exceptional comfort.

The back of this house was reconfigured to create one large open space. The old kitchen was relocated from the center of the space to the far end, switching locations with the dining room. Now there's plenty of room for friends & family to hang out at the island, lounge area or dining table. Very popular for game night!
