This project showcases a comprehensive residential renovation that maximizes the utility and aesthetic of a large backyard. The centerpiece is a custom-built timber pavilion featuring a vaulted tongue-and-groove ceiling, dual-mounted outdoor televisions for game-day viewing, and a high-efficiency ceiling fan. The ground-level transformation is equally dramatic, replacing unkempt terrain with a lush, year-round green artificial turf lawn. The space is defined by professionally curated garden beds and a large flagstone-patterned patio, all bordered by natural stone edging to create a clean, modern aesthetic that complements the home's architecture.

This project focuses on a complete transformation of a narrow outdoor space into a functional, modern retreat. The centerpiece is a custom hardscape featuring large-format concrete pavers set in a striking diagonal grid, accented with high-quality synthetic turf strips for a lush, low-maintenance look year-round. We addressed the side yard with a functional, aesthetically pleasing walkway using square pavers nestled in river rock, guided by professional low-voltage path lighting. The design is rounded out with a custom dark-stained pergola that provides architectural interest over the spa area and a comprehensive lighting package that highlights the home’s brickwork and mature trees, ensuring the space is just as inviting at night as it is during the day.

The project features a custom-tiered flagstone walkway with integrated LED step lights for safe, stylish access to the primary entrance. To add texture and visual interest, we installed a winding natural stone path designed as a dry creek bed, utilizing smooth river rocks, large flagstone pavers, and natural moss boulder edging. The nighttime transformation is the highlight, featuring strategic uplighting on specimen trees and architectural path lights that create a warm, inviting glow across the new lawn and mulch beds.
