The award-winning, 6,500 square-foot terrace of the Midtown Manhattan Sky Garden takes advantage of panoramic skyline views while providing an intimate garden backdrop to the mid-century-modern building’s newly-renovated interior workspace. Richly textured and seasonally diverse plantings include a dense blanket of drought-tolerant prairie grasses, wildflower perennials, and spring flowering bulbs, punctuated by flowering Crab Apple trees. At twilight, the garden evolves into a subtle stage set of textured plantings, rustling softly against the glow of a frosted glass parapet rail—a soothing space where workers can escape the conference room or the electrifying noise of the dense urban environment. The staircase „Londra“ is an all glass staircase with NO steel hardware. It is built to 100% in glass (besides the interlayers which are used for lamination purpose). Exciting makes this staircase the level of transparency which it gives. For the treads you can also use timber. As additional feature you can light up the glass treads with LED light in different colors. We will publish pictures of the finished project as soon as they are available.

High above Columbus Avenue, with open views to the West, South, and East, we combined 2 units while the building was still under construction. Special attention to home entertainment was the key for this client in publishing. The kitchen became the focal point, open to the views and living space while retaining a discreet separation. An open and flowing layout with a billiard room, master suite and children's rooms made this spectacular aerie a warm and comfortable home.
