The kitchen, butler’s pantry, and laundry room uses Arbor Mills cabinetry and quartz counter tops. Wide plank flooring is installed to bring in an early world feel. Encaustic tiles and black iron hardware were used throughout. The butler’s pantry has polished brass latches and cup pulls which shine brightly on black painted cabinets. Across from the laundry room the fully custom mudroom wall was built around a salvaged 4” thick seat stained to match the laundry room cabinets.

This project was a complete home design plan for a large new construction luxury home on the south-end of Mercer Island. The contrasting colors utilized throughout emit a chic modern vibe while the complementing darker tones invites a sense of warmth to this modern farmhouse style.

Open galley kitchen that is perfect for entertaining. Co-ordinating layered light fixtures all have crystal aspects. This master bathroom features a floating wood cabinet with double rectangular sinks and quartz countertop, oversized soaking tub, Grohe plumbing fixtures, separate water closet and a walk-in shower with double shower heads, built-in bench and frameless enclosures. There are "modern prairie" style windows above the tub that allow a lot of natural light in the bathroom. The master bath has beautiful details from the rift cut white oak inset cabinetry, to the mushroom colored quartz countertops, to the brass sconce lighting and plumbing... it creates a serene oasis right off the master.
