Wide plank oak flooring was originally installed in this Memphis area home in the early 1920's. We refinished these exquisite floors using chestnut stain and our satin finish.

Heavily brushed, chemically aged, ripped edges and lots of character are the properties of this wide plank rustic Floor. We can produce this floor either on certified Lorraine French oak, Euro oak or American white oak. Engineered or solid can also be selected and the finish is completely oiled with a 5 year wear warranty.

This Mediterranean Style home features beautiful Natural Stone elements. The Macedonia Limestone grand entryway with entablature is detailed with two pilasters flanking an arched opening topped with a decorative hand carved detail across the top. It is twelve feet in height, nine feet wide, with a depth of two feet of natural stone encasing the arched entry leading into the main hallway of the home. The façade is topped with crown molding at the eave. The first and second story French doors are flanked with Macedonia Limestone molding with keys. The central arched window above the entablature of the front door entry is also flanked with Macedonia Limestone molding and a key at the center of the arch. The wood is 5” Cumuru with a maple and Brazilian cherry border. The Cumuru wide plank flooring was selected for its beautiful color and hardness. It was site finished with oil modified urethane. Interestingly the kitchen was recently recoated due to surface scratches and a new UV cured finish was used and is holding up exceptionally well. It was coated and cured in 1 day with furniture placed back on it the next day.
