A beautiful hand loomed pure wool carpeting was used on this project. This subtle pattern can be used in a modern or transitional space. The dark hardwood floor relates nicely with the Taupe, White and Grey colors in the carpet. Our fabrication team used a complimentary color in a cotton binding material to complete the sides. Our installer completed this staircase install within a two day time frame. Wool carpet is a great choice for a staircase because it is an easy material to clean, stain resistant and flame retardant.

Our busy lawyer couple, with three close-knit children, had recently purchased a home that was modern on the outside, but dated on the inside. They loved the feel, but knew it needed a major overhaul. Being incredibly busy and having never taken on a renovation of this scale, they knew they needed help to make this space their own. Upon a previous client referral, they called on Pulp to make their dreams a reality. Then ensued a down to the studs renovation, moving walls and some stairs, resulting in dramatic results. Beth and Carolina layered in warmth and style throughout, striking a hard-to-achieve balance of livable and contemporary. The result is a well-lived in and stylish home designed for every member of the family, where memories are made daily.

Oh this is the one. Massive single. 5 foot x 9 foot door panel with a killer sidelight. I love Parade of Homes in Utah especially the St George one. The doors get crazy with the crazy homes. I recommend this for a great few days of entertainment.

Like many vintage rugs woven in a weaver's home, kilims tend to be narrow and long rather than wide and square. To make their size more amenable to a living area, weavers will actually weave TWO pieces, and then sew them together in the middles. It is certainly not a technique you find in modern rugs and is all the more evidence of the tradition, craft and culture that goes into making handmade rugs.
