Renovations made this house bright, open, and modern. In addition to installing white oak flooring, we opened up and brightened the living space by removing a wall between the kitchen and family room and added large windows to the kitchen. In the family room, we custom made the built-ins with a clean design and ample storage. In the family room, we custom-made the built-ins. This colonial home in Penn Valley, PA, needed a complete interior renovation. Working closely with the owners, we renovated all three floors plus the basement. Now the house is bright and light, featuring open layouts, loads of natural light, and a clean design maximizing family living areas. Highlights include: - creating a guest suite in the third floor/attic - installing custom millwork and moulding in the curved staircase and foyer - creating a stunning, contemporary kitchen, with marble counter tops, white subway tile back splash, and an eating nook. Design ideas for a mediterranean landscaping in Los Angeles.

This step-down family room features a coffered ceiling and a fireplace with a black slate hearth. We made the fireplace’s surround and mantle to match the raised paneled doors on the built-in storage cabinets on the right. For a unified look and to create a subtle focal point, we added moulding to the rest of the wall and above the fireplace. Sleek and contemporary, this beautiful home is located in Villanova, PA. Blue, white and gold are the palette of this transitional design. With custom touches and an emphasis on flow and an open floor plan, the renovation included the kitchen, family room, butler’s pantry, mudroom, two powder rooms and floors. This pool house is located in Tucson Arizona. It was considered a "man cave" with many tv's, weight sets, and junk. The ceilings, walls, and floors were all unfinished and the space was unlivable. The clients needed a home office, a place to entertain guests, new windows, and a bar. This remodel took place in ONE day. Thanks to the help of local builders and tile suppliers we were able to complete the remodel and surprise the home owners. The white shelves were originally dark brown and were repainted and repurposed. The ceiling fan was also a dark bronze color and it too was repainted and repurposed. Photography by: www.azfoto.com

Within Studio travelled to Montgomery Alabama to help transform two homes for the tv show: Fix It and Finish It. We had ONE day to complete this task. This particular home was an enclosed garage that had become a storage unit for the home owners. The pastor and his wife needed a home office and sitting area, and we were happy to come to the rescue.
