My Clients here have excellent taste and a beautiful home. I organized many rooms in this home, but my favorite photos are of the bookcase. This built-in bookcase was organized by genre and styled like a piece of art in the room. So many folks line their books on the shelves like a library. I say, lets have fun with it and add another piece of art to the room.

The open shelving is made out of italian textured panels giving this wall unit a sleek design that is softened with a dark grey linen texture making it an inviting and totally touchable surface. Bathroom in Ridgerunner Drive | Room Type: Whole Home Remodel | Project Name: Ridgerunner | Key Feature: A full-home transformation that converted the property from a dated Tuscan style into a modern farmhouse design with a more contemporary edge. Challenge: The home’s original Tuscan style felt dated and did not align with the homeowners’ desired aesthetic. The challenge was to modernize the entire space while creating a design that remained practical and comfortable for a young family with a child. Solution: The home underwent a complete remodel that replaced the heavy Tuscan finishes with a lighter, more modern farmhouse palette. Updated materials, finishes, and design details created a fresh, contemporary look while maintaining a family-friendly environment. Timeline: Completed in 2019.

This 1970s home still had its original siding! No amount of paint could improve the existing T1-11 wood composite siding. The old siding not only look bad but it would not withstand many more years of Colorado’s climate. It was time to replace all of this home’s siding! Colorado Siding Repair installed James Hardie fiber cement lap siding and HardieShingle® siding in Boothbay Blue with Arctic White trim. Those corbels were original to the home. We removed the existing paint and stained them to match the homeowner’s brand new garage door. The transformation is utterly jaw-dropping!
