An oversized sectional sofa is upholstered in plush ivory chenille subtly woven with fine grey threads, enveloping the seating area in a layer of refined softness and understated luxury. The neutral tonal variation and tactile weave introduce quiet texture and depth, allowing the sofa to feel both inviting and elegantly tailored within the broader interior palette.
A custom area rug with a restrained pattern and nuanced coloration grounds the composition, its subtle texture becoming more visible as it anchors the sectional and defines the living space with quiet sophistication. This layered foundation enhances comfort while maintaining a cohesive, design-forward aesthetic.
An oversized ottoman upholstered in soft faux shagreen introduces a refined, light-reflective surface that gently catches daylight streaming through the French doors. Its subtle sheen adds dimension and contrast against the matte textiles, reinforcing a balanced interplay of texture, tone, and natural light throughout the room.

This custom closet system was installed as part of a full condominium renovation in the Capilano building at Woodcroft, 2024 Fullerton Ave., North Vancouver. The goal was to transform an outdated closet into a highly organized storage solution while maintaining a clean and modern aesthetic consistent with the rest of the renovation.
The closet features a custom-built organizer system with integrated drawers, shelving, and double hanging sections designed to maximize storage efficiency within the existing footprint. The cabinetry was carefully configured to provide dedicated areas for folded clothing, hanging garments, and concealed drawer storage.
The mirrored sliding closet doors reflect the interior storage system, which may appear as additional cabinetry in the photo. In reality, the mirrored panels are reflecting the custom closet structure, helping visually expand the space while increasing natural light within the room.
This storage upgrade was integrated with the broader renovation, which included kitchen remodeling with custom cabinetry, bathroom renovation, open-concept layout modifications, flooring replacement, and custom millwork installations throughout the condo. As with most renovation projects in the Woodcroft complex, the work required close coordination with strata management and building requirements to complete the permitted renovation smoothly.

The kitchen at Project Foxcroft is defined by restraint, balance, and intention. Warm wood cabinetry grounds the space, creating a sense of depth and quiet sophistication, while crisp stone surfaces introduce a clean, architectural contrast that feels both modern and timeless.
A sculptural island anchors the room, offering generous workspace while doubling as a natural gathering point for daily living and entertaining. The waterfall stone edges reinforce the kitchen’s tailored aesthetic, while integrated seating allows the space to function effortlessly as both a culinary hub and a social setting.
The cooking wall is thoughtfully framed, transforming functional elements into a composed architectural moment. Full height stone creates a seamless backdrop, allowing the cabinetry and appliances to visually recede and placing emphasis on proportion, materiality, and light. Integrated lighting further enhances the calm, gallery like feel of the space.
Natural light flows through the kitchen, highlighting subtle textures and reinforcing the home’s connection between form and comfort. Every detail was selected to support durability, ease of use, and long term enjoyment without unnecessary ornamentation.
This kitchen reflects the broader design philosophy of the Foxcroft home. Purposeful, refined, and designed to elevate the everyday experience.

The living room carries the architectural formality of the home while softening it through proportion, material balance, and sculptural furnishings.
A classic stone fireplace with a stepped surround establishes symmetry and permanence, while the oversized abstract artwork introduces movement and modern contrast within the traditional envelope. The hearth’s herringbone firebox detail adds subtle pattern and craftsmanship without visual noise.
Furnishings were selected to feel substantial yet low and relaxed, allowing the architecture to breathe. Curved lounge seating and tailored upholstery in warm neutrals create a grounded perimeter, while the custom nesting cocktail tables introduce organic shapes and tonal wood that echo the millwork seen throughout the home. The layered forms keep the room from feeling static despite its symmetry.
Textural restraint defines the palette — soft woven upholstery, honed stone, natural wood, and muted metals — resulting in a space that feels composed, elevated, and livable rather than formal.
This room reflects the broader design approach of the residence: honoring traditional architecture while introducing contemporary art, sculptural silhouettes, and material depth for a collected, enduring result.

At 19 Irving Avenue, the dining room is less a formal destination and more a moment within the flow of the home—an intentional pause where gathering, light, and architecture come together in quiet balance.

Positioned within the open plan, the dining space feels naturally connected rather than separated. It sits comfortably between the kitchen and living areas, allowing conversation and movement to carry effortlessly through the home. There’s no rigid boundary—just a subtle transition defined by sightlines, proportions, and the rhythm of the architecture.
Light plays a central role here. Surrounded by glass, the dining room is constantly shifting—bright and airy during the day, then more intimate as the light softens in the evening. Views outward become part of the experience, reinforcing Eichler’s idea that even the most everyday moments—like sharing a meal—should feel connected to the natural environment.
The design itself is restrained and purposeful. Clean lines and an absence of excess allow the space to feel open and uncluttered, while the scale remains comfortable and human. It’s easy to imagine long, casual dinners unfolding here, with the boundaries between inside and out quietly disappearing.
In many ways, the dining room reflects Eichler’s broader philosophy: that a home doesn’t need formal separation to feel complete. Instead, it thrives on connection—between spaces, between people, and between architecture and the world just beyond the glass.

At 19 Irving Avenue, the kitchen reveals itself as both a functional workspace and an early expression of Joseph Eichler’s belief that everyday living should feel open, connected, and intentional. Rather than being tucked away, the kitchen participates in the larger flow of the home—subtly integrated into the surrounding spaces while maintaining its own sense of purpose.

There’s a quiet efficiency to the layout. Clean lines, thoughtful storage, and built-in elements reflect a modernist approach where form follows function without excess. Cabinetry and surfaces feel purposeful, designed to support daily routines while maintaining the home’s overall architectural clarity. Nothing is overly ornate; instead, the beauty comes from proportion, material, and simplicity.
Light plays a defining role here as well. Open sightlines and proximity to glass walls allow natural light to move through the space, softening its edges and connecting it visually to the outdoors. Even in a working area, Eichler resisted the idea of separation—ensuring the kitchen remained part of the home’s broader indoor-outdoor dialogue.
What stands out most is how livable the space feels. It’s easy to imagine it in use—meals being prepared, conversations carrying into adjacent rooms, the boundaries between cooking, dining, and gathering gently dissolving. In this kitchen, Eichler wasn’t just designing for efficiency—he was shaping a new kind of domestic experience, one that felt open, modern, and deeply human.

Welcome to our latest project, where we’ve reimagined a beautiful beach home on the stunning beachfront of Clearwater, FL. This coastal retreat features an elegant design with a focus on creating a serene and stylish living space.
We started with the white ceiling and ceiling lights to create a bright, airy atmosphere throughout the home. The centerpiece of the living area is a striking chandelier, adding a touch of sophistication to the coastal theme.
Our team designed a functional and beautiful changing room complete with a glass changing room enclosure, making it both practical and stylish. The white cabinet table and wall cabinets feature a blend of glass and wooden cabinet doors, offering both storage and a chic look.
The floors are adorned with durable tiles that provide a clean and elegant foundation for the space. We also installed a sleek wall mounting shelf to display beautiful coastal decor.
In this project, Jon Cancellino led the team, ensuring that every detail of the powder-coated fixtures and shoes storage was executed to perfection. We also incorporated interior ideas that reflect the latest trends in remodeling and home additions, all while capturing the essence of the coastal lifestyle.
Serving the 33756 area and the broader Tampa region, we specialize in general contracting for custom homes and innovative remodeling ideas. We are passionate about creating spaces that are not only functional but also exude beauty and charm.

Hasan Ali's Apartment Interior Design – Pallabi, Mirpur, BD
InteriorArt Ltd is currently completing a 1,748 sqft residential interior design and renovation project for Mr. Hasan Ali in Pallabi, Mirpur — one of Dhaka's busier residential pockets where older apartment layouts often no longer match how families actually live today. This project is a strong example of our approach to home interior design: not just decorating existing rooms, but rethinking the floor plan itself to solve real everyday problems.
Rebuilding the Layout
The original apartment had four bedrooms, but the layout felt tight and disconnected. Rather than preserving every room by default, our design team made the call to remove one bedroom entirely, freeing up space to give the remaining rooms — and the shared living areas — room to breathe. This kind of structural rethinking is central to how we approach every residential interior design project, where the floor plan matters as much as the finishes.
A Hotel-Style Master Suite
The bathroom adjoining the primary bedroom was expanded and merged into the sleeping area, creating a single connected master suite. This upgrade reflects our broader bedroom interior design philosophy — treating the bedroom not as an isolated box, but as part of a larger, more functional living experience.
A Kitchen Built for Dhaka's Climate
The kitchen was rebuilt from scratch with an efficient galley layout and premium, low-maintenance finishes — a necessity in Bangladesh's humid conditions where materials face constant wear. You can see how this fits into our wider kitchen interior design approach, where every cabinet run and work surface is planned around how a family actually cooks, not just how it photographs.
One Consistent Design Language
Across the drawing room interior design and dining room interior design, we carried a unified neutral material palette — flooring, wall tone, and finish quality — so the apartment reads as one cohesive home rather than a set of unrelated rooms stitched together.
The Result
What began as an aging, awkwardly divided apartment is becoming a light-filled, modern home with a layout that genuinely supports daily family life. Completed on a 70-day build schedule, the project reflects InteriorArt Ltd's structured, end-to-end process — from first site visit through 3D visualization, material selection, and final handover.
