Completely opened the interior floor plan from the foyer / hall to the TV room. Removed fireplace (preserved it for a possible reinstallation in another room). Did all interior drywall, crown molding and finish moldings to all areas.

The cabinet doors have been removed as demolition begins. The passthrough window to the sunroom was one our favorite features of the house but we couldn't see our beautiful wooded backyard. The wooden breadboard was restored and reinstalled in the new kitchen.

Teakwood salvaged the door and window trim from the existing house. Once restored they were reinstalled to bring original charm back to the home. Pictured hear are the rosettes.

Inspiration for a transitional powder room remodel in Detroit

This mid-century modern was a full restoration back to this home's former glory. The vertical grain fir ceilings were reclaimed, refinished, and reinstalled. The floors were a special epoxy blend to imitate terrazzo floors that were so popular during this period.
