Pool coping is a detail not to be overlooked when planning your pool. This feature can either add or detract from your whole space, and choosing a modern design for this pool gave us the ability to enhance the already stunning contemporary vibe of the yard.

Reluminator - Fontana Arte-www.softsquare.com
Riluminator is the makeover of Luminator designed by Pietro Chiesa in 1932. This lamp shares with the classic icon floor lamp not only its geometric, torch-like shape, but also the direction of its light source. Reworked in a plastic technopolymer produced with “rotation” technology, the body is cylindrical at the base, opening out as it rises to create a cone-shaped trunk that characterizes the design of the object, it houses and hides the Led light source. Riluminator is available in three contemporary colours: red, grey and white, to highlight the continuity and essentiality of unmistakable design. The light source, controlled by a pedal switch, can be regulated with a specific Led dimmer. The stem is in plastic technopolymer and the base in mechanically engineered steel. Power cable and switch in black.

This luxurious retreat located on a hillside with extreme elevation change. This project features Pavestone retaining walls and decks, cast stone coping, tile interior finish, sun ledges, and vanishing edge fountain feature

When this homeowner’s neighbor removed two, two- story-high Ficus trees, her side-yard became baron and sunbaked. Concrete covers virtually the whole area from the house to the property line, but because the side-yard has a lot of foot traffic and serves as a sitting area to the basement apartment, the owner did not want to remove any of the concrete. The solution was to put up fencing to block the view of the neighbor’s house, then upcycle wine barrels and 55-gallon drums into huge planters. The drums are large enough to accommodate a full-sized tree and provide the added advantage of giving height to smaller trees to provide further screening of the neighbor’s house. Everything was painted in bright colors to give the space a cheery Caribbean feel. The neighbor’s tree removal ended up as a blessing in disguise, because what had been a drab trough-way was transformed into a happy patio.

CLOSE-UP VIEW
This master bath makeover starts with bare walls that have been floated out smooth over the sheetrock. Then we hand applied a beautiful custom tinted, soft grey Venetian plaster. After two coats of plaster, the walls were waxed and buffed. This process seals the plaster, leaving a long-lasting finish. The finished product is subtle and undeniably beautiful! I’ve included a close-up view of the finish below.

In this country garden, we renovated the shores of the pond and created a wooden island to which floating wooden paths lead. Planted the edges of the garden. Added high-altitude wooden terraces at the edge of the forest. We placed sculptures in hidden corners. Created a rural fairytale garden.
