This hardworking, traveling home seller within a week was able to prepare her condo for sale using my home staging consultation report. With her muscle, her belongings any my report she was able to sell her home in one day. I know, I know you hear that from us stagers always, but hand in the air it's the truth. If you don't believe me ask the Realtor Euan Graham here in Denver and he'll tell you himself. That dark wall, that she wouldn't paint, we lightened up with artwork. Sometimes I have to get creative with my recommendations. Looks good huh?

Crisp gray trendy walls. Delightful home sellers. What more can a home stager ask for when doing a home staging consultation and report. Repaired all dents, dings, scratches and holes in walls and trim. Refinished the hard wood floors. Guess what? These folks sold in one day and got $20,000 over asking price. They are happy, the Realtor is happy and I'm a happy home stager :-)

The tops of those cupboards and counters were filled from corner to corner with ALL kinds of stuff. Condensing and editing helped to show off the irresitable granite counter tops and make this space feel a stylish and fresh.

Holy smokes, I wish you could have seen this space. Every inch of every wall was filled and lined with furnishings. The cabinets held antique china, cups and saucers, which added a level of confusion which would have made a home buyer scratch their head trying to guess what kind of room they were viewing. By pulling the desk to the center of the room, editing out the collectable and using books in their place we were able to paint a picture of a neatly organized and appealing office environment. Remember, with a home staging consultation and report we typically use what you have when working on a tight budget. Looks fetching, if I don't mind saying so, don't you?

Designed in collaboration with Cameo Kitchens, “Fusion — The Kitchen of Tomorrow” exhibits how technology and design work in perfect harmony. The backsplash is an interactive panel consisting of three HD monitors, which allow multi-functionality: enjoying a favourite scene, Skyping with family and friends, viewing cooking videos or recipes, browsing websites and social media, displaying children’s artwork, or presenting a slideshow of family photos. If sports are the preference, watching three events simultaneously is simple. The raised breakfast bar is made of semi-precious stone, which is backlit with LED panels to complement the luxe high-gloss walnut and white lacquer cabinetry. Interior illumination is activated at a touch of the automated servo drive doors and drawers. The kitchen design won a Luxury Portfolio, “Best of the Best” Award from Robb Report.
