Our homeowners came to us in need of a bathroom remodel. Unique to this design is that the toilet and shower are in a separate room from the vanity. The space is separated by a pocket door. The vanity area has no door to the master bedroom; it is an open concept. This makes the vanity area almost serve as a dressing area due to the proximity of the walk in closet (and open concept). The shower offers an oversized bench and niche. The homeowners enjoy the rain shower head which is ceiling mounted. They also have a hand held body sprayer. We partnered with DeWils Cabinetry and Cambria Quartz for the vanity area. Double vanities, with full height tower cabinets, complete with glass doors in the top shelf, are not only decorative but offer tons of organized storage for toiletries. One of the other features we love about this cabinetry is the use of a spice rack style cabinet pull out. Our clients report that it is the perfect size for their toiletries

it was imperative the home theater was designed with the best lines-of-sight and acoustics possible, as well. “Paradise Theaters of Hawaii did the acoustical modeling before a shovel went into the ground for construction.
This meant the room was purpose built with audio and video in the foreground of everyone’s mind. We have over a hundred pages of design plans, acoustical reports, and pre- and post-acoustical analysis.

Find the right local pro for your project

Startup industry is growing increasingly from year to year, and the trend to create their own projects has gripped the world. We have compiled a list of the most fun projects that are developed in Europe. We present you the most interesting start-up projects of Italy and France.
Italy: music, food and business processes
Italy has the status of a new high-tech center. This is not surprising, because in recent years, start-ups of Italian specialists are increasingly succeeding and attract the attention of the public.
1. Musixmatch is an application that displays lyrics on the smartphone screen. Founder is Max Chochola. The audience of the project is 30 million. The base has 7 million songs. Text is in 40 languages. The startup has already received investments from two venture capital funds.
2. Thefork is a start-up from Tripadvisor that contains information about food and the best restaurants in Italy.
3. Decisyon is a symbiosis of social networks and systems. It allows companies to coordinate the work of the team. The goal is an optimization of business processes. According to media reports, last year the company received an investment of $ 22 million from the American investment company.
France: transportation and the Internet of things
Earlier this year, France launched an initiative by which start-ups can apply for the selection and to get a visa to travel to the country. It helps in developing their business. This step is indicated in the country's interest in new companies and highly qualified specialists. Among the most interesting of the French start-up are projects that have been successful:
1. BlaBlaCar is a famous company that has almost become synonymous with the search for travel companions for the trip. A few weeks ago, the startup closed a new round of investment and attracted $ 200 million that will be spent on expansion in new markets. In general, for the 9 years of its existence BlaBlaCar bought eight companies and received funding of $ 335 million.
2. Actility is a company specializing in the Internet of things. Its main product is a platform ThingPark, designed to connect all kinds of organizations. The project was founded in Paris in 2010, and in June 2015 received an investment of $ 25 million from the fund Ginko Ventures.

We took this project from a dated, carpeted, pink walled and floral wall-papered home giving it just enough modern but keeping the vintage charm! We added wood flooring to a remodeled section of the family room and did a complete sand & finish of the entire area. The kitchen cabinets were refreshed with an on-trend soft grey, modern new flooring in the kitchen and vintage inspired schoolhouse fixtures completed this space. A small, un-functional bathroom was updated with a charming (but small!) vanity fixture, vintage inspired fixtures and a re-glazing of the shower stall.
As a staging project, happy to report the investment netted the sellers and extra 40K over their investment and 9 viable offers in just a few days of listing.

THE SETUP
These homeowners had an outdoor kitchen built when they built their home several years ago. It was functional, but the aesthetic was underwhelming. The island was clad in the same stone that was on the house, and it had basic black granite countertops. They love to grill and host outdoor gatherings, so an upgrade was definitely in order.
Design Objectives:
Create an elevated outdoor space that aligns with the grandeur of the elegant home
Design of the new space should flow with the architecture of the house
Include a serving area with a beverage fridge, a sink, and a faucet
Allow for workspace in the grill area
Include island seating
THE REMODEL
Design Challenges:
Creating a layout that is in sync with the exterior architecture of the home
Sourcing the perfect state-of-the-art grill with all the latest bells and whistles, and placing in an ideal layout that maximizes functionality and hospitality
Specifying materials that will withstand the elements
Design Solutions:
A large curved island designed to mirror the curve of the home’s breakfast nook exterior
A separate sink area with a disposal and a beverage fridge offers a functional space for mixing drinks and serving food
Custom limestone posts echo the limestone details on the exterior of the home
Diresco Quartz countertops add elegance and durability – they are designed to be used outdoors in harsh climates
Decorative tile clads the sides and back of the island
A raised bed for flowers and herbs adds color and softness to the space
Undercounter lighting adds ambiance at night
THE RENEWED SPACE
From great backyard to true oasis – an outdoor kitchen makes makes elegant outdoor cooking and dining possible. The homeowners had their first outdoor kitchen cookout experience right away and report that they couldn’t be happier!

J&P Metal Arts Inc, was hired to remove existing steel balusters that were badly installed and started rusting out. We removed all of them and metal framed them. We were able to reuse all the balusters, weld them in panels or inserts, sand blast all the old paint and rust, reporter coat them and install them with a perfect fit.
100% customer satisfaction is our best pay off

Brad Haines knows a thing or two about building things. The intensely creative and innovative founder of Oklahoma City-based Haines Capital is the driving force behind numerous successful companies including Bank 7 (NASDAQ BSVN), which proudly reported record year-end earnings since going public in September of last year. He has beautifully built, renovated, and personally thumb printed all of his commercial spaces and residences. “Our theory is to keep things sophisticated but comfortable,” Brad says.
That’s the exact approach he took in his personal haven in Nichols Hills, Oklahoma. Painstakingly renovated over the span of two years by Candeleria Foster Design-Build of Oklahoma City, his home boasts museum-white, authentic Venetian plaster walls and ceilings; charcoal tiled flooring; imported marble in the master bath; and a pretty kitchen you’ll want to emulate.
Reminiscent of an edgy luxury hotel, it is a vibe conjured by Cantoni designer Nicole George. “The new remodel plan was all about opening up the space and layering monochromatic color with lots of texture,” says Nicole, who collaborated with Brad on two previous projects. “The color palette is minimal, with charcoal, bone, amber, stone, linen and leather.”
“Sophisticated“Sophisticated“Sophisticated“Sophisticated“Sophisticated
Nicole helped oversee space planning and selection of interior finishes, lighting, furnishings and fine art for the entire 7,000-square-foot home. It is now decked top-to-bottom in pieces sourced from Cantoni, beginning with the custom-ordered console at entry and a pair of Glacier Suspension fixtures over the stairwell. “Every angle in the house is the result of a critical thought process,” Nicole says. “We wanted to make sure each room would be purposeful.”
To that end, “we reintroduced the ‘parlor,’ and also redefined the formal dining area as a bar and drink lounge with enough space for 10 guests to comfortably dine,” Nicole says. Brad’s parlor holds the Swing sectional customized in a silky, soft-hand charcoal leather crafted by prominent Italian leather furnishings company Gamma. Nicole paired it with the Kate swivel chair customized in a light grey leather, the sleek DK writing desk, and the Black & More bar cabinet by Malerba. “Nicole has a special design talent and adapts quickly to what we expect and like,” Brad says.
To create the restaurant-worthy dining space, Nicole brought in a black-satin glass and marble-topped dining table and mohair-velvet chairs, all by Italian maker Gallotti & Radice. Guests can take a post-dinner respite on the adjoining room’s Aston sectional by Gamma.
In the formal living room, Nicole paired Cantoni’s Fashion Affair club chairs with the Black & More cocktail table, and sofas sourced from Désirée, an Italian furniture upholstery company that creates cutting-edge yet comfortable pieces. The color-coordinating kitchen and breakfast area, meanwhile, hold a set of Guapa counter stools in ash grey leather, and the Ray dining table with light-grey leather Cattelan Italia chairs. The expansive loggia also is ideal for entertaining and lounging with the Versa grand sectional, the Ido cocktail table in grey aged walnut and Dolly chairs customized in black nubuck leather. Nicole made most of the design decisions, but, “she took my suggestions seriously and then put me in my place,” Brad says.
She had the master bedroom’s Marlon bed by Gamma customized in a remarkably soft black leather with a matching stitch and paired it with onyx gloss Black & More nightstands. “The furnishings absolutely complement the style,” Brad says. “They are high-quality and have a modern flair, but at the end of the day, are still comfortable and user-friendly.”
The end result is a home Brad not only enjoys, but one that Nicole also finds exceptional. “I honestly love every part of this house,” Nicole says. “Working with Brad is always an adventure but a privilege that I take very seriously, from the beginning of the design process to installation.”

The main challenges we needed to overcome for this family were to better connect the dining room to the kitchen (by removing a wall), provide ample counter space and storage, allow for a bigger and more functional island and provide a small bar area for the grown-ups. We are happy to report we met and exceeded our clients’ expectations and they are thrilled!

LOFT | Luxury Loft Transformation | FOUR POINT DESIGN BUILD INC
This ultra feminine luxury loft was designed for an up-and-coming fashion/travel writer. With 30' soaring ceiling heights, five levels, winding paths of travel and tight stairways, no storage at all, very little usable wall space, a tight timeline, and a very modest budget, we had our work cut out for us. Thrilled to report, the client loves it, and we completed the project on time and on budget.

This is what this yard looked like after we completed the debris removal. We added the correct support to the home, installed needed drainage, and reported all of their concrete. We also installed new sod, plants, and even a new fence. We also created a landscape plan and installed landscaping to include a pathway on the backyard that is not pictured.

A fun and colorful dining room.
