Having moved from a smaller home into a much larger space, our clients needed help picking out finishes like flooring, paint colors and lighting. We then went on to furnish and accessorize all their main living spaces and bedrooms in a style that was both modern yet timeless. We incorporated the work of independent local artists to create a layered home that represented our clients and their style. We are so proud of the haven we’ve created!

Our client was looking for a unique countertop to fit their tropical/beach theme. Our talented sales representative Tim was able to create this stunning piece out of resin. In this photo you can see the details in the ocean waves!

A farmhouse coastal styled home located in the charming neighborhood of Pflugerville. We merged our client's love of the beach with rustic elements which represent their Texas lifestyle. The result is a laid-back interior adorned with distressed woods, light sea blues, and beach-themed decor. We kept the furnishings tailored and contemporary with some heavier case goods- showcasing a touch of traditional. Our design even includes a separate hangout space for the teenagers and a cozy media for everyone to enjoy! The overall design is chic yet welcoming, perfect for this energetic young family. Project designed by Sara Barney’s Austin interior design studio BANDD DESIGN. Finding away to extend this clients kitchen was done by designing this wooden, waterfall island. It gave their space something that represents art, yet provides an island for stools, and a drop down table for chairs. The dining area became a space where 10 can comfortable sit and eat together.

We are in love with our Client's dining table, chair and hanging fixture.

Inna Picart Photography We had this home on South Mountain freshly painted throughout. We were able to use some of our client's existing pieces of furniture, along with many new pieces. Each room is distinctly different from the next. Our client favors a contemporary style, which we were able to accomplish in the master bedroom and formal living room. The family room decor incorporates African family heirlooms to represent our client's heritage.

After: The clients wanted a simple, gender-neutral space that retained the historic feel of their home. I chose a pale yellow to brighten the room, and provide a space that can grow with the child. We painted the trim the same color as the rest of the house which softened the room. New floor-to-ceiling curtains accentuate the height of the room, give texture, and are practical. The artwork was custom made to represent places in Montana that are special to the clients, and bring some calming cool color to the room. The new, smaller light fixture brings much needed light to the space.
