We are very proud of this project, as it was a full-home, very involved renovation process and included full-service decorating for the entire home. The house was originally had a mountain lodge feel. We stripped that look and brought in a classic American welcoming vibe for the main living areas, and more or a sleek, contemporary look for the master suite. All bathrooms had their own new appeal, representing the taste of each family member.

The Paint Stripe rug was inspired by mid-century modern abstract art. This style of action painting is referred to as drip painting. The rug represents a canvas with expressive drips of colour creating a wonderful broken stripe effect.

Pacato represents the splendid nature of a contemporary pace against a backdrop of historical grandeur. It is progressive, yet refined. A clean-lined pattern and design accompanied by a soft, uncomplicated texture made of 100% New Zealand Wool in 24 colors, Pacato inspires a feeling harmony between past and present.

The primary bedroom is one of my favourite spaces in this home. It represents the boldness in clor and design that you will see through out this home. The room is wallpapered in a lusturous wallpaper on all walls and a metallic wallpaper on the ceiling. To bring in some softness, an arched headboard custom upholstered in Lilac mohair adds color and whimsy. To bring in light is an abstract chandelier with LED lights that look like they are dancing on the metallic ceiling at night. The balcony out side has floor to ceiling doors and I’ve framed them in raw silk drapes. It is often described as bond villain chic by friends during a house tour.

Meg Moreta is an inspirational One Week Bath™ Customer. We are so proud and honored to be included in her journey to recovery… part of that emotional recovery involved erasing the past and creating two new beautiful bathrooms that represent a fresh and healthy new start. I think you’ll find it enlightening and also hope that her journey will help others avoid the unnecessary trauma she experienced. Thankfully, Meg is now a five year cancer survivor in complete remission, and the mother of two beautiful little girls, Gabrielle, age 7 and Madeline, age 5.

The two off-center vertical lines closely spaced together could represent a great number of things, but this particular interior door model was inspired by a musical symbol known as the double bar line, which either separates two different sections of music or is used before a change in key signature. In other words, it is a symbol of novelty, new beginnings, fresh outlooks, a new dawn. What more could one ask of one's interior doors? These clients wanted an elegant but aged look to go with the rustic beams. The sits on a vineyard so we designed and island shape that represents a wine barrel. The bronze clavos tie together with the copper farm sink and hood.

Köllen Bookshelf is a modular shelf design that allows the user to interact with it. This differentiates it from other classic pieces of furniture. Köllen Bookshelf is a shelf created from the repetition of adaptable pieces in matter of size and shape of the objects on it. Its autonomous structure allows an independent working of each of the strips, so that they can be placed in different positions according to the user’s need. This structure will also allow for it to be a considerably decorative element: it follows a clean structure broken by a curved edge that represents the mountains, in a nod to the piece’s originary region.

Family room adjacent to kitchen features focal point fireplace design with custom tiles representing Art, Literature, Music and Science inserted into broken pane millwork detailing. Fine architectural details are enlisted through-out the entire home.
