These beautiful botanicals are reproduced from a 19th century print found in George Vanderbilt's private art collection at the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina. Taken from the book Grammar of Ornament, we love the unusual juxtaposition of the delicate floral studies and the bold, vibrant border patterns. Printed on archival paper that floats above the colorful border, each one is set within a white wood frame under glass.

Living room - traditional formal dark wood floor living room idea in Phoenix with beige walls, a standard fireplace and a media wall

True story: we photographed David's collection in a barn. On set, David's eye caught some recently cut stumps on the property. He grabbed them on the fly, spray-painted them gold, and added them to the set. We liked them so much, we sent the stumps off to our factory, had them turned into molds and reproduced them in crushed stone/polyresin. With exacting details right down to the bark and the rings in the wood, our Gold Tree Stumps make a singular sidetable or stool with a great backstory. Good eye David! Select from three of David's stumps.
