This corner cafe features an outdoor dining area which is screened with wood and utilizes built-in concrete seating. This idea could easily be transformed to be used in a residential condition, especially where privacy is desired.

The outdoor eating area features built-in concrete benches and wood accents. Sometimes the wood acts as a screen from wind and sun, and at other times it creates a more comfortable seating option. The patio is shaded by sliding fabric shades above, which still illuminate the patio, but provide respite from direct sun.

Modern loft. Surfaces built into the new railing atop the stair create a functional work area with a fantastic view and clear shot to the play space below. A wall separating the master bedroom from the double height living space was replaced with a folding glass door to open the bedroom to the living space while still allowing for both visual and acoustical privacy. Kitchen - transitional u-shaped kitchen idea with an undermount sink, glass-front cabinets and an island

The major objective of this home was to craft something entirely unique; based on our client’s international travels, and tailored to their ideal lifestyle. Every detail, selection and method was individual to this project. The design included personal touches like a dog shower for their Great Dane, a bar downstairs to entertain, and a TV tucked away in the den instead of on display in the living room. Great design doesn’t just happen. It’s a product of work, thought and exploration. For our clients, they looked to hotels they love in New York and Croatia, Danish design, and buildings that are architecturally artistic and ideal for displaying art. Our part was to take these ideas and actually build them. Every door knob, hinge, material, color, etc. was meticulously researched and crafted. Most of the selections are custom built either by us, or by hired craftsman.
