This is a rare, contemporary, newly built home that features white water ocean views. Our staging design team wanted to highlight the casual elegance in each space of this unique custom home. This relatively small home (approx. 2,000 sf) is phase one of a multi-phase project. It was designed to meet the immediate needs of a young family and will allow for sutre expansion by adding a large family room and another bedroom John Barton

When this investor purchased the land that is now Turtle Creek, it was surrounded by multi-family house-like dwellings with great curb appeal. A large city park was adjacent as well. Simplicity was able to maximize the use of the land by building the single family dwellings in our signature “cottage community” style, creating a cozy space for renters that also made best use of the land available for the investor. The result was a 20-home subdivision with tiny homes ranging from 400-880sf that rented at 100% occupancy with a waiting list.

Our Issaquah client hired us because project management and budget were on the list of priorities along with a well thought out design. With opening the wall between the dining room and kitchen, we were able to give our client a better use of her space for entertaining with family and friends. The end result was a very happy client where her needs were met on design, budget and Nip Tucks management of the project.

We moved furniture into a cohesive group and added artwork. Two end tables placed together serve as coffee table. Realtor wanted to stage this Sea Pines villa. The home had been with two previous realtors with no results. When this Realtor took the listing, she told the owner that 90% of buyers start their search on the internet. Unfortunately, your place does not look "inviting but rather stark & cold in its present state so it's being passed over". That's when she called me for advice...we moved existing furniture around, borrowed some artwork, created a coffee table with two smaller tables. Added a little color with pillows & towels. The owner's only out of pocket cost for two wicker end tables and a wicker etagere was less than $200. The end result was that the place sold within two weeks of it hitting the market!

This living room was transformed by StageRightSoCal, a boutique home staging company serving Orange and Los Angeles Counties. Our goal was to create a space that feels both stylish and welcoming — where potential buyers can instantly imagine themselves relaxing, entertaining, and living comfortably. We carefully selected furnishings and décor to enhance the home’s architectural features, maximize natural light, and create a balanced, inviting flow. This project began first as a result of water damage from a leaking shower. We rebuilt the tile shower and replaced a drop-in garden tub which was barely used with a freestanding soaking tub, from the client's wish list. The vanities were shifted on the same wall to allow a wall to be built to separate the toilet. The mirror was framed and cabinets painted black with a new granite countertop.

Our client is lucky to have extended family visiting often, so we had to design two full guest master suites. Bringing in color was one of the items on the clients wish list, which we were happy to accommodate. The end results are two beautiful master suites full of color, air, and light. Every guest now wishes they could stay longer.

Great result for a very low budget basement renovation, income suite, Everything plumbing, electrical and environmental that needed to be changed in this old house was changed but nothing more. Then we finished all surfaces using materials on site, miss tint paint and materials that were on sale. Unit had multiple rental applications submitted on first day of listing. check out the blue highlight tile on shower wall we used to hide the hole that was there before reno. then the tile shower curb base we used to make it look like it was all part of the plan

After years of renting out the house, the owners of this 1916 Craftsman were ready to make it their forever home. Both enthusiastic cooks, an updated kitchen was at the top of the list. Updating the fireplace, as well as two bathrooms in the house were also important. The homeowners passion for honoring the age of home, while also updating it, was at the forefront of our design. The end result beautifully blends the older elements with the new.

All the central living area rooms were affected, making the cottage decidedly soggy and uninhabitable until fully repaired and restored. Flooring and decorations complete.

From the owner afterwards: Outstanding ! Jonnah & Kyla came out to walk around my property and LISTENED to my concerns and ideas, making suggestions that made sense. I gave them a wish list and a set budget and they came up with a plan before the end of the day. The end result is exactly the vision that I had in mind. Years of weeds completed cleared; my flower beds look brand new. Special shout out to Joe who worked steadily and carefully and was so good natured and dedicated throughout the project.
