After seeing on the news that certain hardwood floors can cause the symptoms they were experiencing, the homeowner started shopping for a responsible, domestically manufactured hardwood floor that could be trusted. With our strict manufacturing standards, we were excited to re-do their hardwoods with this American-made product. The result? The homeowner's medical issues completely went away almost immediately. 2600 sq ft of completely updated home in Royal Oak consisting of a 1200 sq ft addition as well as reworking the existing 1400 sq ft, which features a beautifully open concept kitchen and expansive master suite

We completed this whole home renovation for this incredible client, which included custom built in shelving and bookcases in the beautiful 24x30 great room, just shy of 1700 sq ft of site finished white oak, a staircase remodel, a half bath, new trim(base, casing & crown mouldings!) throughout, removal of 2 walls, a fireplace update and countless small details. This project allowed us to showcase our expansive capacity, as we designed the space and then created it. We are as grateful for the opportunity to create this space as the client is to live in it!

This 4,500 square-foot home was designed to maximize space while maintaining a strong indoor-outdoor connection. A roof garden adds an elevated backyard, compensating for the limited outdoor area. The design contrasts white stucco with gray Equitone fiber cement panels, creating the effect of a mass being cut away to reveal a museum-like interior. The master bathroom balcony highlights this sculptural approach. With a narrow 40-foot lot, the living spaces were designed to open to the outdoors, and we resized the existing pool to integrate it seamlessly with the main living areas.

This renovation included updating a 1970s kitchen, dining room, office, half bathroom, and staircase, and incorporating a beautiful walk-in pantry. The client was looking to bring a mix of modern farmhouse & boho theme. We love the way it came together!
