Laundry room - modern laundry room idea in Houston

Completed in 2017, this project features midcentury modern interiors with copper, geometric, and moody accents. The design was driven by the client's attraction to a grey, copper, brass, and navy palette, which is featured in three different wallpapers throughout the home. As such, the townhouse incorporates the homeowner's love of angular lines, copper, and marble finishes. The builder-specified kitchen underwent a makeover to incorporate copper lighting fixtures, reclaimed wood island, and modern hardware. In the master bedroom, the wallpaper behind the bed achieves a moody and masculine atmosphere in this elegant "boutique-hotel-like" room. The children's room is a combination of midcentury modern furniture with repetitive robot motifs that the entire family loves. Like in children's space, our goal was to make the home both fun, modern, and timeless for the family to grow into. This project has been featured in Austin Home Magazine, Resource 2018 Issue.

Contemporary white high gloss Crystal cabinets with Cambria white cliff counter tops is striking. Adding black painted walls and large scale black tile floors make it even more dramatic. But with the addition of orange light fixtures and colorful artwork, the kitchen is over the top with energy. With no upper cabinets only floating shelves for display the base cabinets are well planned for each functional work zone. a. The “Cooking Zone” hosts the 60” range top (with hood) and is the heart of the kitchen. The ovens, coffee system and speed oven are located outside of this zone and use the island/snack bar as their landing space. b. The “Prep Zone” includes the refrigerator, freezer, sink, and dishwasher c. The “Entertainment Zones” has a separate sink and dishwasher, the wine cooler and beverage center. A desk off to the side of the kitchen with a large roll up tambour to keep any mess hidden. Also their robot vacuums have a charging station under the files drawers in the toe kick. This kitchen was created with StarMark Cabinetry's Orian door style in Alder finished in a cabinet color called Rye with Ebony glaze.

Paul Williams, Los Angeles Architect, designed homes for Hollywood stars such as Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz, Charles Correll, and Frank Sinatra. Paul Williams designed this Beverly Hills home for movie star Lon Chaney, who died 3 months before it was completed in 1930 ... He died from complications resulting from inhaling corn flakes used to simulate snow in his last movie. The client had been raised in this house and recently purchased it back gutting the kitchen restoring it back to its original with photos. The inlays were our collaboration. This is the Catio designed for my clients 5 adopted kitties with issues. She came to me to install a vestibule between her garage and the family room which were not connected. I designed that area and when she also wanted to take the room she was currently using as the littler box room into a library I came up with using the extra space next to the new vestibule for the cats. The living room contains a custom tree with 5 cat beds, a chair for people to sit in and the sofa tunnel I designed for them to crawl through and hide in. I designed steps that they can use to climb up to the wooden bridge so they can look at the birds eye to eye out in the garden. My client is an artist and painted portraits of the cats that are on the walls. We installed a door with a frosted window and a hole cut in the bottom which leads into another room which is strictly the litter room. we have lots of storage and two Litter Robots that are enough to take care of all their needs. I installed a functional transom window that she can keep open for fresh air. We also installed a mini split air conditioner if they are in there when it is hot. They all seem to love it! They live in the rest of the house and this room is only used if the client is entertaining so she doesn't have to worry about them getting out. It is attached to the family room which is shown here in the foreground, so they can keep an eye on us while we keep an eye on them.

This goal of this studio condo remodel was to make the space feel like a high-end hotel suite. This condo is the client's city place - their home away from home and they wanted it to feel like a luxury escape. The walnut and white matte lacquer cabinets provide a crisp, yet warm and cozy feel in the space. The walnut bath vanity is a perfect contrast to the clean white walls and tile.

As a recently purchased home, our clients quickly decided they needed to make some major adjustments. The home was pretty outdated and didn’t speak to the young family’s unique style, but we wanted to keep the welcoming character of this Mediterranean bungalow in tact. The classic white kitchen with a new layout is the perfect backdrop for the family. Brass accents add a touch of luster throughout and modernizes the fixtures and hardware. While the main common areas feature neutral color palettes, we quickly gave each room a burst of energy through bright accent colors and patterned textiles. The kids’ rooms are the most playful, showcasing bold wallcoverings, bright tones, and even a teepee tent reading nook. Our new clients lived in a charming Spanish-style house in the historic Larchmont area of Los Angeles. Their kitchen, which was obviously added later, was devoid of style and desperately needed a makeover. While they wanted the latest in appliances they did want their new kitchen to go with the style of their house. The en trend choices of patterned floor tile and blue cabinets were the catalysts for pulling the whole look together.

An out of this world, space-themed boys room in suburban New Jersey. The color palette is navy, black, white, and grey, and with geometric motifs as a nod to science and exploration. The sputnik chandelier in satin nickel is the perfect compliment! This large bedroom offers several areas for our little client to play, including a Scandinavian style / Montessori house-shaped playhouse, a comfortable, upholstered daybed, and a cozy reading nook lined in constellations wallpaper.
