We created this glorious retreat for our homeowners, who live with 3 kids, 2 giant golden retrievers, and 2 cats. After assessing the Feng Shui and coming up with a design plan, we designed a serene space that encouraged romance and peace. The Carrara marble in the main bathroom is timeless, and really bounces the light around. We used all British faucets, sinks, and a soaking tub, complete with English tub filler. The deal was, the husband got a huge walk-in shower, and his wife got her bathtub. Everyone is happy!

The Master Bedroom is a mix of a fresh transitional look that blends with traditional family antiques and paintings. The room is painted with Benjamin Moore paint, “In Your Eyes Blue”. The soft blue offers a sense of peace and serenity. The sophisticated drapes and duvet are a muted beige and silver tones. Gold-framed French antique paintings add a little drama and romance to the setting. A Silver Repose Theodore Alexander bench is stunning at the foot of the bed. The room is accented with a deep purple bed pillow and orchid that completes the room with just a touch of color.

The Other Master Bedroom, with romantic colors that pump up the Relationship area (Southwest). She has an extensive art collection, and we let that be the star of the show. We Feng Shui'ed this home and developed a staging plan which implemented all the Feng Shui fixes through the use of design. Our staging partner, No. 1 Staging, helped us realize our vision by staging the home to highlight the best of the homeowner's furnishings. The end result? Zen, and beautiful.

Here playful pastel shades and expressive contrasts prevail. In the bathroom, we wanted to create a continuation of the living area. To achieve this, the flooring was chosen in the same parquet as the bedroom. An independently standing bath gives this space a feeling of romance and relaxation. The guest zone is located on the first floor. This bedroom has a masculine mood, saturated steel-colored walls, black lampshades, and a leather-covered bed. The bathroom is decorated with noble marble, making the space visually stunning and quite immaculate.

This delightfully private patio sits under expansive tree canopy in the front garden. Wrapped in dense, native foliage it is full of fragrance and wildlife. Natural stone with decomposed granite joints allows water to sink into the soil to feed the surrounding foliage. The homeowners enjoy taking their coffee and lunch under the vintage chandelier.
