Chase Builders along with Ever & Co., and Architectural Ceramic's own, designer Marianna Ouzdanova, come together to create a modern dream home. The bathrooms boast either 8x48 Seattle Light Grey Bark porcelain or 6x48 Estonia White on the floors. The decadent showers focus on texture with one sporting 32x32 Doors Blanco walls and the other with a Calacatta Chablis Marble Chevron mosaic. The kitchen backsplash features a linear mosaic mixing stone and glass for a unique blend. This Master Bathroom in Norfolk received a complete gut, expansion and renovation. Through our Design Build process these homeowners worked with in-house designer Jason Hoffman to create their dream master bathroom retreat. When designing, Jason was able to offer ideas on how to gain square footage, ultimately adding a walk-in shower. Complete with a custom double vanity and beautiful tile work by Marshall Tile & Marble Company, this has been one of our favorite transformations to date. See the before and after photos below as well as some 3D renderings approved by the homeowners prior to construction. Our team both designs the renovation AND performs the work. Our talented carpentry crew and trusted subcontractors perfectly executed a design on paper to a well laid out, oasis retreat.

This was a pretty standard, HOA Compliant fence construction project. We were happy with how fast we did it, considering it was on the larger side for residential wooden fence building.

These South Shore clients needed a partial update to their kids’ full bath and hired Renovisions to complete the task. After consulting with the clients, they posed a dilemma – they wanted to keep their existing tub and fiberglass surround; however their son, now 16 grew to 6’3” and constantly hit the hand-held showerhead while showering. We recommended a quick and affordable shower transformation, the Hydro Rail shower column. The column was installed without having to alter the in-wall plumbing, while choosing the right column option to accommodate the now higher fixed showerhead and a hand-held shower in matching style. Replacing the shorter under utilized vanity with a taller vanity in white painted finish has plenty of practical storage. The Cambria quartz countertop is a stand-out in this beautifully updated full bath fitted for active teens.
