We took a beautiful but dated Spanish style home and created a California Spanish Ranch feel. We refinished their honey oak to provincial, repaired all the cracks and painted a warm white, replaced all of their lighting, added Stikwood and Onyx to highlight the fireplace, mounted and added new electrical for their TV and components, installed an electric fireplace, hand crafted wrought iron curtain rods, installed a 1890's barn gate with barn door hardware, and installed many custom furniture pieces.

The scroll was designed to say "REST, RELAX, REFLECT". The custom rectangular window creates an 8" deep granite ledge, looking out into the hillside woodland setting. Glen Grayson, Architect

This tiny kitchen got a huge makeover and it is now incredibly functional. We took advantage of every inch of space, adding storage wherever possible. A small, hard to access pantry was moved to the front of the kitchen and lower cabinets now line the entire kitchen perimeter. Even the hard to reach lower corners have pull out lazy susan style cabinets. The lighting before was commercial and unappealing. We created a faux tray ceiling and added a modern fixture to compliment the recessed lighting. Quartz countertops, white subway tile and a faux marble floor keep the small space light. This Powder room's charm is highlighted by the interesting Gustavian-French style framed mirror and elegant robins egg blue vanity. Scroll form motifs adorn the mirror's oval shape while the warm marble tone of the vanity top compliments the warm wood of the mirror. A nickel and porcelain finish on the french style faucet adds further charm to this restrained French style powder room.
