Inspiration for a bathroom remodel in Boston

This bathroom went from dark to bright! Dark tiles along the walls and around the drop-in tub were removed and replaced with a freestanding bath and large walk-in shower complete with built-in bath bench and steam shower for those spa-like features. The movement of the tub along with the vanity change to wall-mounted, opened up the room for a spacious feel. The original kitchen in this Simpsonville SC home was small and closed off. The removal of a wall between the kitchen and den, thoughtful cabinet design (Stylecraft Custom Wood Products), beautiful selections by the homeowner, and a light and airy color palette transformed this kitchen into one that truly fit the beauty of the home. Kitchen features include lots of storage (some in hidden panels), bright work lighting controlled by dimmer switches, a hidden toe kick switch for island lighting, and island seating for family gatherings or entertaining. A new drop zone between the garage and kitchen, outfitted with matching custom cabinets/desk/cubbies, completes the overhaul for a seamless entry to the home.

Two outdoor areas feature IPE decking from Tile Tech Pavers. A sliding glass door by Nanawall provides seamless entry from the kitchen to the turf yard.

This one-room sunroom addition is connected to both an existing wood deck, as well as the dining room inside. As part of the project, the homeowners replaced the deck flooring material with composite decking, which gave us the opportunity to run that material into the addition as well, giving the room a seamless indoor / outdoor transition. We also designed the space to be surrounded with windows on three sides, as well as glass doors and skylights, flooding the interior with natural light and giving the homeowners the visual connection to the outside which they so desired. The addition, 12'-0" wide x 21'-6" long, has enabled the family to enjoy the outdoors both in the early spring, as well as into the fall, and has become a wonderful gathering space for the family and their guests.

This pool and spa is built in an affluent neighborhood with many new homes that are traditional in design but have modern, clean details. Similar to the homes, this pool takes a traditional pool and gives it a clean, modern twist. The site proved to be perfect for a long lap pool that the client desired with plenty of room for a separate spa. The two bodies of water, though separate, are visually linked together by a custom limestone raised water feature wall with 10 custom Bobe water scuppers. Quality workmanship as required throughout the entire build to ensure the automatic pool cover would remain square the entire 50 foot length of the pool. Features of this pool and environment that enhance the aesthetic appeal of this project include: -Glass waterline tile -Glass seat and bench tile -Glass tile swim lane marking on pool floor -Custom limestone coping and deck -PebbleTec pool finish -Synthetic Turf Lawn This outdoor environment cohesively brings the clean & modern finishes of the home seamlessly to the outdoors to a pool and spa for play, exercise and relaxation. Large contemporary beige two-story brick gable roof idea in Austin

Location: Spring Lake, NJ, US Our design goal for this renovation and addition was to present a modern interpretation of Colonial Plantation Style. This home features dark wood floors, wood paneling and a light soothing color scheme. The Dining Room features classic silk De Gournay Wallpaper which further fuses the indoor and outdoor seamlessness of the home. The amazing tile installations permeate the decor with color, texture and pattern. The shaker-style kitchen is refreshed by using black cabinetry, a custom stainless hood and La Cornue Range.
