Arched brick ceiling with a custom made light fixture. The owners found the parts for this light fixture over the island and had a local artist create this one of a kind fixture. The table with the seating is made from an old bowling alley lane. The pin placement marks can still be seen on the table top. The table is free standing so it can be moved off the island if desired. We were hired to create a Lake Charlevoix retreat for our client’s to be used by their whole family throughout the year. We were tasked with creating an inviting cottage that would also have plenty of space for the family and their guests. The main level features open concept living and dining, gourmet kitchen, walk-in pantry, office/library, laundry, powder room and master suite. The walk-out lower level houses a recreation room, wet bar/kitchenette, guest suite, two guest bedrooms, large bathroom, beach entry area and large walk in closet for all their outdoor gear. Balconies and a beautiful stone patio allow the family to live and entertain seamlessly from inside to outside. Coffered ceilings, built in shelving and beautiful white moldings create a stunning interior. Bathroom - transitional bathroom idea in Seattle

Detached covered patio made of custom milled cypress which is durable and weather-resistant. Amenities include a full outdoor kitchen, masonry wood burning fireplace and porch swing.

This freestanding covered patio with an outdoor kitchen and fireplace is the perfect retreat! Just a few steps away from the home, this covered patio is about 500 square feet. The homeowner had an existing structure they wanted replaced. This new one has a custom built wood burning fireplace with an outdoor kitchen and is a great area for entertaining. The flooring is a travertine tile in a Versailles pattern over a concrete patio. The outdoor kitchen has an L-shaped counter with plenty of space for prepping and serving meals as well as space for dining. The fascia is stone and the countertops are granite. The wood-burning fireplace is constructed of the same stone and has a ledgestone hearth and cedar mantle. What a perfect place to cozy up and enjoy a cool evening outside. The structure has cedar columns and beams. The vaulted ceiling is stained tongue and groove and really gives the space a very open feel. Special details include the cedar braces under the bar top counter, carriage lights on the columns and directional lights along the sides of the ceiling. Click Photography
