THE METAL & GLASS SCULPTURE COLLECTION are three-dimensional contemporary works of art containing shapes and elements inspired by nature and fantasy. Each shape and linear element floats and flows in and out of space creating interactive movement and harmony between shape, line, material, negative space, and weight. The shape elements are cut from sheet and stainless steel then colorized with metal patinas bringing out deep, rich mottled colors including turquoise, deep green and bronze, or faux finished with acrylic paints and metal powders. The linear elements are steel & stainless steel rods, bent, finished, and welded into place. The composition is framed with 1” square steel tubing painted black.

Naples Florida - Port Royal
This was a large job we did in a new house near the beach in Naples Florida. You would not expect, a country kitchen, with painted cabinets, a soapstone sink and counter tops in a Florida beach house. It really worked out great. We also did several vanities, and office, a laundry room and a large curly maple bar area.

Premonition by Jon Allen - JAC 195
The Jon Allen Collection is an exclusive, hand-selected group of my most personal work to date. Each piece is hand-painted on aluminum. My art itself and my chosen medium, aluminum, are blissfully married. You may not think of the word organic when you hear the word metal, but this is some of my most organic art and that’s simply because metal allows my work to achieve true sentience. Aluminum’s naturally reflective nature enables each color, shape, and stroke to reach its full potential. A new aspect of the painting will reveal itself to you as it basks in the light that surrounds, evades, or envelops it in that moment. When you see the piece from different angles, you will appreciate how vibrant, dynamic, and environmentally influenced these pieces are. What you may see and feel by morning is not what you’ll see or feel by dusk and in many ways, and as such I feel these pieces capture the ever-ebbing and complex nature of human emotion and perception.
Some of these pieces are truly abstract while others are modern takes on traditional landscapes, marine life, and portraits. I hope you enjoy them a fraction of how much I enjoyed creating them. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Number of Pieces: 1
Dimensions: 48" x 24" x 2" off the wall
Care & Cleaning: Clean with a soft cloth and plain soap & water
Other Features: Hardware is pre-installed for simple hanging and art will “float” 2” off the wall

A Media Room is the perfect place to add dramatic color and rich, masculine accents and the feeling of a true bachelor pad. Perfect for entertaining, this room offers a bar, media equipment and will accommodate up to 12 people. To achieve this style we incorporated a wall of glass tile and bar. A large sectional offers lots of pillows for movie watchers. Backlit movie posters on canvas add theatre ambience. Just add popcorn and you are good to go.
In this remodel the existing media room was attached to the home via a new vestibule and stairway. The entire room was resurfaced and revamped. We added thick wool carpeting for better acoustics, repainted top to bottom, added beautifully hand-carved custom wooden barn doors as well as a wet bar in the back of the room. A full wall of mosaic glass tile in the back of the media room is lit by LED tape lighting which is built-into the custom wood shelves. Warm tones of olive green, oranges, browns and golds as well as custom-built tables and barstools make this room feel like a “man-cave”. A custom designed bar height table that sits behind the sectional was commissioned to match the new barn doors. This bar table adds extra seating to the room. Adjacent the movie screen, a custom fabric panel was constructed and hides the media tower and cables. It matches the blackout Roman shades, which keep out light and nearly disappear into the wall. If you’re on the prowl for some seriously salacious wallpaper that celebrates eroticism, masculinity and sexual liberation, then Tom of Finland is for you! A collaboration two years in the works, this carnal creation comprises two designs—TAME and XXX—both conceived by Michael Reynolds, Hoffman Creative and the Tom of Finland Foundation. A bold and ballsy tribute to the dynamic graphite and pencil drawings of Touko Laaksonen (aka Tom of Finland), the famed renegade Finnish artist known for his stylized homoerotic art and its profound effect on late twentieth century gay culture and fetish lifestyle. From cops, cowboys and bikers, to sailors, lumberjacks and leather men — there’s a little something (and then some) for everyone. That-a-boy!
Michael Reynolds is a New York-based creative director, curator, editorial stylist, book editor and design consultant. He is the US Editor of Wallpaper* Magazine and Editor at Large for Architectural Digest USA. His first book, TOM HOUSE – Tom of Finland in Los Angeles, is available through Rizzoli Publications.
Eric Hoffman founded Hoffman Creative a decade ago in New York, a firm creating brand identities for a range of clients with an ethos rooted in psychology and emotional intelligence.
Tom of Finland Foundation maintains the archive and former Los Angeles home of the 20th-century artist, known for his graphic, highly stylized illustrations. Dedicated to protecting and preserving erotic art and erotic arts education, the foundation continues to advocate the artist’s significant influence on gay and LGBT culture.
