TRU Landscape ServicesAs you can see, this little space is very inviting. Despite its compact size, the area is very comfortable and can seat plenty of family and friends. Regarding DesignSumptuous spaces are created throughout the house with the use of dark, moody colors, elegant upholstery with bespoke trim details, unique wall coverings, and natural stone with lots of movement.
The mix of print, pattern, and artwork creates a modern twist on traditional design.
Rudloff Custom BuildersThis grand 2 story open foyer has an eye catching curved staircase with a patterned carpet runner, dark treads and dark stained handrail. A round center hall walnut table graces the space and is visually balanced by the orb "globe" style hanging pendant fixture above it. The patterned oval rug plays homage to the coffered ceiling above and aids in bringing ones eye up to this beautifully designed space.
The dining room's decorative ceiling pattern is mimicked by the oval center hall rug.
Bronze colored large lanterns grace the dining room and create a visually exciting light source over the dining room table.
Dining room shaded wall sconces give additional ambient lighting.
2nd level shows paneled wainscot walls, and nickel shaded wall sconces along warm cream colored walls.

Maeser Master ServicesThis gorgeous enlarged 5'x5' shower took the place of a tub and part of a closet. It features grab bars, 4" feature strip, recessed niche, corner seat, double-shower heads, and curved shower rod.The fixtures are an oil-rubbed bronze and the offset pattern tile in the shower cover wall to ceiling.
The custom-made, wood-stained vanity with drawer stack has a granite countertop with oil-rubbed bronze faucet and double-bowl sink. A single-beveled edge mirror and two vanity lights are centered above each sink.
A matching medicine cabinet was installed above the commode and the tile on the floor was placed in a straight pattern on floors.
