Recently, my wife and I purchased a 16-year-old home in a 55+ community. Prior to moving, we decided to do a major remodel of the house – new flooring and paint throughout, upgrade all the bathrooms, paint all the cabinets and a few other upgrades. After doing some initial planning work with 2 contractors, we selected Agape’ Home Services to move forward with the project. Over the next couple of weeks, I worked very closely with the owner, Jerry, to develop a detailed plan and quote for the work we desired. Jerry’s initial one day ballpark estimate matched very closely with the final design estimate. Work was scheduled to start approx. 6 weeks after signing of the contract. During that 6 weeks, I worked closely with two people in his office to detail plan the project, make design selections and purchase all required material. This planning phase was complete and precise. Coordination with Agape’ was excellent - they worked out all the details and were very responsive to all my questions. Demo started 2 weeks earlier than initially scheduled. Since Agape’ does most of the work “in-house”, I was told they would have a team of 4-6 guys at the house every day until its completion. Very observable progress was made every time I visited the site. My neighbors confirmed they saw daily activity. We were very pleased with the demo and construction process: -Quality of the work was excellent – in particular the painting of the existing cabinets far exceeded our expectations. -Coordination and communication was excellent. I was contacted numerous times to discuss and confirm details prior to actual installation to assure that no errors occurred. Everyone was very responsive to any requests and questions that I had. -All team members were friendly, easy to work with, open and honest about all aspects of the project – if an error was made, I was informed and was given choices on how to resolve it The original estimate/quote was spot-on as evidenced by the final cost coming in extremely close to the initial estimate. I never felt at any time I was being “nickeled and dimed” with change orders. Everyone showed a willingness to “please the customer”. The payment schedule was reasonable and fair. The project was completed within the 9-12 week initial time frame from its start. As an engineer with some 35 years in the engineering, construction, and manufacturing business, I feel Agape' exceled in good initial estimates, upfront planning, and how unforeseen problems are dealt with along the way. It was truly a pleasure to work with Agape’ Home Services. I would highly recommend them for any major home contracting work.

They were very caring, making sure to check with me about anything they had a question about. They were attentive to my concerns and behaved in a professional manner. They were positively responsive to a situation that required a change of scheduling. All of the people who work for this company I found to be superior. Lorenzo was great. He was the worker who was present throughout most of the project; he was prompt, efficient, nice and respectful. The office staff was also superior; I was impressed that people would actually answer the telephone......very refreshing.

Agape did a major kitchen remodel for us. They did an excellent job and remained on schedule and on budget. It was a pleasure working with all of the team members.

Working with Agape Home Services to transform our master bath, guest bathroom and sitting area was nothing short of awesome. The crew always arrived and left on time. They answered any questions or concerns we had in a timely manner, and they were beyond professional. We have worked with other companies in the past but, we can honestly say, they were the easiest and most proficient by far. When they were finished for the day, they cleaned thoroughly and had their equipment put away neatly. We never had any issue with mess. The one thing we were most concerned about was dust from the demolition. We’ve had “not so good experiences” in the past with other companies with this. The Agape Home Service crew covered every piece of furniture, created a plastic wall barrier from ceiling to floor and had a professional fan sucking all the debris and blowing it directly outside. This part by far was the most impressive. We worked closely with the office staff during this process, and every time we needed to contact them, they always responded in a timely manner. Good communication during a renovation is imperative and the Agape staff were exceptional. After having (what for me is) some significant work done by Agape Home Services, I wanted to share a bit about the experience. First and foremost, I am very happy with the final results of my project and I was impressed by the team that did the work. I was initially interested in Agape based on other reviews mentioning that they took care with cleaning and trying to control (as much as you can) the impact of the construction effort in terms of dust,etc. I found Agape to be straightforward to deal with in terms of initial conversations about the project and I was impressed with the team (mostly 3 people) who were involved on a daily basis working my project once it started. Short version is prior to this project I had earlier foundation issues and correcting them caused more things to break. After all of that, I decided if I had to repair things I might as well also do some needed renovations. So my project had quite the variety of things in it: 1) a new concrete porch step 2) brand new Front door, 3) Brand new door from house to garage 4) multiple interior doors that needed "reset" to allow them to close and hang properly 5) Renovation of guest bathroom including a bathtub to shower conversion, a bidet kit to the toilet, changing out the sinks/fixtures and countertop to quartz, changing the linoleum (circa 1980s) to tile resembling slate 5) Renovation of the Master bathroom to swap the shower to what was previously a bathtub location and redo the old shower location as a walk-in tub, new quartz countertop and sinks/fixtures, bidet toilet, new flooring replacing the old lineoleum with tile resembling limestone, new tile wall areas for the shower and bath, and the new, large walk-in shower with body jets. Big shout out to Roger, Andy and Alex who did the bulk of the work. They treated my house with respect and frankly did the work with attention to quality as if it was their own house. Also I appreciated Nick stopping by most every day as a check-in for progress and to make sure any technical issues got dealt with promptly. Behind the scenes Delaina helped manage the project, especially prior to the start of actual construction. Last but not least I also worked in conjunction with a separate design person, Valerie with Cameron Jean Interiors. They work with Agape on occasion although there was no push to say it was required, merely an option if it made sense. I wanted help offloading some of the up front leg work of finding sink and shower fixtures, tile choices, etc, as something that was useful for my personal situation. All of that allowed me to concentrate on continuing to work (from home) and only have to get involved with questions or to make some A or B choices as needed. Every day they straightened the work site and cleaned up prior to going home and they especially cleaned up prior to weekends. I definitely recommend reaching out to them and discussing whatever project needs you may have.

I highly recommend Agape. They handled everything with ease from start to finish. To a person, they were polite, congenial, and kept me informed. I had an old shower replaced and the new one looks great! I couldn't ask for a better group.

We have had several other remodeling projects done over the years, and this was by far the BEST experience we have ever had. Agape did a beautiful job on our master bath remodel. We were seriously dreading this project and had put it off for years due to a variety of factors. We are very happy we chose Agape - each member of the team was a pleasure to work with: Jerry, the owner, who did the estimate, Stephanie and Delaina who helped coordinate the project, Nick, the overall project manager, and especially, the very skilled team of professional tradesman. Alex, our main onsite project manager, was truly outstanding. His careful workmanship and attention to detail was far above anything we've encountered during other projects we've done, particularly with millwork. He was able to craft and install crown molding to fit an extremely difficult ceiling with crazy angles, create beautiful framing around a window, an apron for the tub, and a custom mirror frame - in addition to many other things. We never had any doubt that if something came up, he would let us know, and help us figure out a way to address it - and he was always respectful and kind about it all. It was a relief to feel we could actually trust him and the rest of the team to really "do things right" - that is not always the case with a remodeling project. And we so appreciated Andrew, Dylan, Lorenzo, and the glass, stone, and carpet subcontractors, all of whom were excellent and so easy to work with. Other helpful differences: •Professionals/tradesmen on the project were all Agape employees rather than subcontractors (with the exception of the glass/stone installers, and a carpet installer) That meant the same team showed up daily and understood the big picture and project scope, which helped tremendously to prevent misunderstandings and keep things moving along. •One of our main concerns was that we work partially from home, so were concerned about the disruption for so many weeks. TheAgape team was the most unobtrusive we have ever encountered, only contacting us when something needed to be discussed. We were always welcome to see what was happening, but we tried to stay out of their way. •Option to pay an additional fee to have project materials sent to Agape for inspection and storage. This was a godsend. •Enclosed truck was used for trash (rather than open dumpster) in the driveway. •Team cleaned up the project area daily. There was excellent communication and follow-up throughout the project. Nick, the overall project manager, was great at keeping us on his radar and discussing various issues when needed, even in the midst of many other projects. We had a few glitches/delays, as most projects have, but overall things went well. Agape is definitely not the least expensive choice but it is clear that they prioritize hiring people who are not only excellent at their respective professions/trades, but who really care about communication and customer service.

Agape did a fantastic job for us recently. They replaced our sliding glass patio doors with beautiful French doors along with completing several other projects! From start to finish, they were very responsive, timely and, best of all, their work was top notch. We will definitely use them again for any future projects!

I had wanted to remodel my 2nd bathroom for several years. Unfortunately, after contacting several contractors with no response I gave up. Then this June I decided to try again. I found Agape Homes on Google, looked up their website and decided that they looked like a company who I would like to work with. I called their office, made an appointment with Jeff Watson and he came out the following day. That afternoon I had an estimate which was in my budget. He and Stephanie Miller came to my home and we went over every detail what I wanted. A date was set and work began on that date. Roger and Dillon arrived a bit before 8 a.m. stopped for lunch and then at 5p.m., the worksite was cleaned and they went home. This is a small company whose ownership and employees are dedicated, caring professionals. My bathroom is absolutely gorgeous. The workmanship is perfect. I have been a customer of Agape Home Services for over 16 years. Projects have included appliance installation, a patio pergola, French door from bedroom to patio, bathroom total updates, and now a partial kitchen remodel. They replaced dated granite countertops with quartzite, replaced backsplash, sink, and cooktop. Best part of the project for me was the re-design and build-out of my pantry. Incredibly, this entire job from demo to completion only took 10 days! Every project has been handled with great attention to detail and the utmost professionalism. The teams are trustworthy and reliable. Thus, the jobs are well-scheduled and finished on time. The job-site is kept tidy and is totally cleaned up at the end. Agape remodeled our 1960's bathroom from the studs out. They did a fabulous job. The guys that worked on the bathroom were so professional and respectful of our home and our time. Agape worked with us to remodel our master bath, kitchen and cover our rear patio. The work was professionally done. All of their employees were skilled, courteous and did great work. They were easy to have around the house and cleaned up every night before leaving. We are very happy with them as a company and felt we were treated very fairly and respected as customers. We recently used Agape Home Services for a complete kitchen remodel that included cabinetry, backsplash, countertops, island, and relocation of multiple major appliances. Nate and Oswaldo were the on-site team that did 90% of the work, and we couldn’t have been happier with the timing, quality, creativity, communication, cleanliness, and overall result of the work. Timing -- We were quoted 20-25 days for the entire job, and it took exactly 25 days. The guys were here every M-F from 8:00 to 5:00, and they basically worked non-stop every day. Quality -- We also appreciated the guys’ insistence on getting things right. It was obvious that they take a lot of pride in their work, and that makes it very easy for us to recommend Agape to others in the future. Creativity -- Nate’s creativity at solving problems was a big reason for our satisfaction. He came up with unique solutions to sealing the house off from dust, relocating appliances, hand-crafting trim for a new island, making “stock” cabinets look “custom”, retrofitting a cabinet for a microwave drawer, etc, etc. As with any complete remodeling project, there were multiple unplanned obstacles, but Nate’s solutions always exceeded our expectations. Communication/Cleanliness -- At the beginning of each day, Nate and Oswaldo told us what they were hoping to accomplish, asked for our opinions, and gave us options when necessary. At the end of each day, they left the kitchen, the garage, the driveway, and ultimately our house as clean as possible. Lastly, we are very happy with the end product, and are already showing the work to neighbors; either in person or through photos. Agape recently completed a major remodeling of our kitchen, living area, dining room and an office. This includes removing and replacing several load bearing walls and extension of a nook into the patio. From the start, I was impressed with Jeff's detailed scope of work to ensure accurate cost estimates and Delaina's renderings that captured many iterations of our discussions. They spent the time to understand and address our needs. As a result, there were no costly surprises and minimal change orders. Workers Eric and Micah were punctual 8-5 most days unless previously notified. They cleaned up the work area daily with a truck on site to collect demo materials. We specifically appreciate their professionalism and attention to details. They pointed out problem areas that need to be addressed and recommend viable, long-term solutions for stressed out homeowners. All this is not to say everything went flawlessly. In the midst of the holidays, Covid & supply chain issues, our project was unfortunately delayed by a number of weeks. However, the result was more than worth the wait and we are truly happy with the outcome. Overall, we wish we had used Agape on our earlier projects. We highly recommend Agape and willdefinitely use them again in the future.

We are in love with our new half-bath, and incredibly pleased with the work done by the Agape team! Justin and Hugo were prompt, professional, and easy to work with, and Jeff kept in regular, close contact with us to make sure everything was on track. Even though the size of our job was small in comparison to many of their other projects, they put the same amount of quality and energy into making sure it was done well. We will definitely work with them again!

Agape Home Services finished our kitchen remodel yesterday. We are so very pleased with the finished product. We appreciate the whole Agape team, but especially Jeff and Becky in helping us design and select materials to make our kitchen perfect. I am very satisfied with the major update Agape completed for my home on time and within budget that included a complete remodeling of my kitchen/eating area, laundry, and a bathroom, plus installation of hardwood floors throughout the house, along with repairs, painting and installation of new lighting in several other rooms. Jeff and Jerry listened to what I wanted and offered good suggestions, then delivered a detailed scope of services and work plan for each room and a reasonable budget. Delaina provided a list of items I needed to select, a budget to guide me, and potential vendors to consider. Becky was enormously helpful in assisting selecting tile, paint and surfaces. Can't say enough about the Agape Home Services crew that worked in my home for 8 weeks. They were here from 8am - 5pm every day with a short lunch break and cleaned up before they left each day. Dale and Starsky installed a shower free entry shower. I was very pleased with the job. They were always on time, wore masks and kept me updated on progress. They answered any questions I might have. I was impressed with the daily clean up. They were very professional. At the end of the project, they worked longer hours to have it completed earlier than what I was told. I especially appreciate that Agape does not use sub-contractors so I never had to be concerned about them being called off to another job. Time was important to me. This is our second time using Agape Home Services for a home remodel. Previously, Agape completed a bathroom remodel for us. This time, Agape completed several major upgrades to our kitchen, living room, and dining room including new flooring, paint, and refinished cabinets. Their work is excellent and was completed within the original time frame proposed (kudos to Erik, Axel, Hugo, and others for their attention to detail). The communication was also top notch. In particular, the communication with Axel and Erik during construction was particularly good. Axel's due diligence actually saved us a bit of money when he realized a part we had ordered was the wrong size prior to unboxing and installation. Thanks Agape!

Summary Agape Home Services is at the “top of their class” in home remodeling. In summary, they truly provided quality craftmanship, professionalism and politeness (including all on-site staff), completed the project start/finish as planned, met budget/contractual milestones, and were attentive and responsive to questions. Stunning His / Her Complex Bathroom Remodel Agape beautifully remodeled a stunning and highly complex master bathroom. Our layout featured a split his/her section divided by a new oversized shower area wrapped in shimmering glass on three sides, drop in spa bathtub with granite top and waterfall to the floor, coffee bar featured granite three wall inlay with custom fit cabinetry for fridge with multi-level shelves above with accent lighting. Several unique and challenging features included: irregular shaped floor tiling, 3D paneled wood accent walls, complex electrical work with motion light sensors, accent and pendant lights, ceiling heating/fan unit. The plumbing required several new water lines to accommodate the 4 jet, shower head and wand, spa tub, and new toilets and (designer or motion-sensor) sinks. Agape’s tile, electrical, plumbing, glass professionals were up to the task to meet these challenges, and with their experience handled them well. Luxurious – Master Bedroom / Living and Dining Room/ Guest Bath Remodel Within the same project, for our master bedroom, Agape installed a beautiful 3D wood accent wall and accent track lighting lights, installed thick multi-length engineer wood floors, beautifully textured and painted walls, and updated all electrical and lighting, and tiled the closets with the same irregular shaped tile as the bathroom. The finished master has a clean luxurious look with soothing colors to relax after a long day. Agape’s quality workmanship really shines in this room. They also did equally well with our two living and dining areas and small guest bathroom which included continuing the engineered wood floors, painting over original wood paneling with their suggested durable high-grade paint, installing new patio doors, updating lighting, reconfiguring and updating plumbing and tiling bathroom floor. Their skills have no limit! Parting Thoughts – A family company with an honest heart and strong work ethic The Agape team is predominantly employees. We found them very honest, down to earth, and with great attitudes. The pre-planning and design team created a wonderful computer rendering that mirrored the finished product. We were grateful for their creative artistic ideas and help selecting and sourcing key design elements and materials for the project. The contractual payment schedule fit the milestone points of the project in a very customer friendly split and was very detailed and specific. We give our highest recommendation, which is well deserved and earned by the kind and hardworking Agape Team. We look forward to engaging them on several large scope projects in the future as well.

Agape did an amazing job. We previously had our guest bathroom remolded by a different contractor. Unfortunately, the bath to shower conversion was not built correctly which caused water to leak into our living room. Agape completely fixed the problem without having to do unnecessary demolition. They cleaned up after themselves daily and finished in a timely manner. Agape can be trusted with your next project.

Our house is 15 years old. So, it had a small shower and a large Jacuzzi tub that we never used. When we decided to remodel our shower/tub area, we contracted with Agape Home Services to do the job. And, we couldn't be more pleased. Joe and Eric did a great job for us. They were always on time, put in a full day's work, kept us posted on the progress. helped us make decisions, added a couple of small tweaks, and did a very professional job.Our shower and tub area looks wonderful now. Agape just finished a bathroom renovation at our house and I will say that this is the best experience I’ve ever had with a Contractor working in my home. Dale was excellent at managing the project. I really appreciate him answering all my questions and making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Joe did a great job too. The quality of the work was outstanding and even though there were a couple of surprises during the renovation, they were still able to meet the original schedule, which made us extremely happy. I also really enjoyed working with Jeff and Delaina. I love that Jeff provides such a detailed estimate for the work, and that Delaina provides so much guidance during the selection of materials. Agape just finished a full master bathroom remodel at our house (and some other smaller projects too), and we could not be happier with the results and the entire process. It was a big project, tearing out the entire bathroom and even moving walls and plumping. Every person we worked with was helpful, honest, and great to work with. Jeff gave us a very detailed estimate that proved to be right on the money as the entire project came in right on budget. Delaina did a great job helping us make some decisions on what we wanted, and created a very helpful rendering before the project began so that we could get an idea of what everything would look like. This was extremely helpful in making final decisions. Mike was our project coordinator and oversaw the whole project. He was beyond helpful the entire time, and completed everything right on schedule. Overall we could not be happier with the results and have experienced firsthand why all of the reviews are so positive about Agape. Compared to the many horror stories we have heard about remodeling contractors, you won't find anything like that with Agape. Thank you for a great new bathroom!

Agape just completed an attic conversion to a beautiful bedroom suite. The completed project exceeded our expectations for this space! We had some unique architectural features that were a bit of a challenge, but everything came out just gorgeous. The whole Agape team was awesome from the initial estimate to completion. They are honest and straightforward with costs and what to expect. Reuben, our Project Lead and Eric were the best and so skilled. Reuben is conscientious and meticulous about his work. They were troopers working in mid-summer in the hottest of conditions in an attic! I would recommend Agape - Jerry, Jeff, Delaina, Reuben, Eric and the rest without reservation! We will definitely hire them again for future needs.

Agape, a family owned business has done several remodeling projects on our home...they're excellent. That is why we had them back to do my home office last week. Great work, great people.

Our experience with Agape has been perfect! Everyone was professional and friendly and their work quality is exceptional. Nick and Wesley has left my house more stylish and cleaner than before they came in :) I've worked with many contractors over the years but none have finished on time and within budget as Agape has. Agape did a remodel on my kitchen and bath and the results were AMAZING! Even though we were living there the whole time, once everything came together it felt like a big Fixer Upper reveal. Colin & Stephan were some of the hardest workers I have ever met - punctual, professional and paid attention to details! I have more projects to do in the future, and will definitely call these guys first. I'll attach pics of the kitchen before & after - bathroom pics I have not taken yet.

Let me start by saying, “I hate renovation projects”! Don’t like the disruption to my life and routines. Avoid them. But, couldn’t avoid this one. We spoke to several companies about redoing our kitchen and while not the cheapest, we settled on Agape. Their estimating and consulting teams was responsive and efficient. They worked with us on several customizations that I wanted and were reasonable with costs for these additions. Still I dreaded the start for a month. Then Colin and Stephan showed up to get started. They were incredibly professional and efficient and always respectful. They arrived on time every day and put in a solid days work. They made alterations on the fly for us and even added a few more customizations along the way. Never complained and always pleasant. Project finished on time and on budget and we couldn’t be happier.

Right from the start when I received the line itemized estimate I knew there wouldn't be any issues as to what needed to be done. We hired Agape Home Services to remove a brick column from our patio area that blocked our view and ability to enjoy the full patio area. And then also to hang outdoor lights we could control from a light switch. Everyone we worked with at their company was so knowledgeable, nice and really made us feel like a valued customer. Once starting on the project, they hit a snag with the original plan for how to re-enforce the area after column removal. But they quickly proposed 3 new options (complete with visual examples so we could clearly understand) to keep the project moving so there was not much of a delay at all. The quality of their work and attention to detail is exceptional as well. They matched everything to our existing brick, wood, and paint colors (even same texturing on one wall). They communicated well throughout the project and overall was so pleasant to work with. We will definitely be calling Agape again when we have future projects to do.

Just completed a major remodel in my home. Gutted the kitchen, master bath, installed ceiling beams and did some level of work in every room. Their work quality is high and very professional from start to finish. The crew are all full time employees of Agape and were easy to work with.They have a high attention to detail. At the end I prepared a punch list and Agape sent several guys out and knocked out the complete list in one day. Communication is excellent. I could call any time during the day and always got hold of the onsite manager, if not immediately then very shortly after my phone call. The work site was kept clean and organized. Best of all was the timing. Agape told me the day they would start and the day they would finish and they kept to that schedule! They work 8 to 5 every day as scheduled. The total time for my major remodel I listed above was 5 1/2 weeks. I have remodeled before at this level and the project lasted many many months! We are getting ready to put our house on the market and Jerry and his team came in and made a significant difference in getting the house ready. I hired Agape Home Services to convert my existing formal dining room into an office with french doors. Agape was able to creatively solve field issues and keep the project going. The Agape team was punctual every morning and were cognizant of the noise and dust during construction. They cleaned everyday prior to leaving my home. We hired Agape to renovate our kitchen and laundry room and cannot say enough about the very detailed, impressive work they did. Agape absolutely knocked my kitchen renovation out of the park. I called Jeff and he came out and I explained my vision. He took it, ran with it, improved it, and made it happen. Joe Delgado and his helper James took over my renovation. They came in and truly went out of their way and the job description to make my house better. We hired Agape to replace tile in the laundry room of our brand new house and also to install a mirror/glass tile backsplash in our dining room. Anytime you have to do demo of something there is always a little anxiety (at least there is for me), and even more so when the house is a brand new but Nick and Eric were awesome. They kept their work area clean, they were very respectful of our house and the end result was exactly what I was looking for. They have a lot of pride in their work and it shows. Our salesman, Jeff, is also great. He was very informative when we were getting the quote and very supportive throughout the project. I had my master bathroom room remodeled by Agape. It was a complete from scratch job with everything pre existing removed. First off their people are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable in their craft. You have the same guys everyday which was a big plus for me. Good people that you feel completely comfortable giving them the keys to your home when you are not home. As far as the work, it is well done and attention is paid to detail. The team was on time every day and work efficient. At the end of the project there was an issue that came up In regards to how the vendors that cut the quartz affected the shower. In each concern I expressed regarding that matter I got immediate response from Agape and they were there for me until the item was corrected and resolved. From the initial meeting with Jeff to job completion, Agape made things easy for us (in addition to doing superior work). There are larger contractors for home remodels in DFW, but i’m comfortable saying there are none better.

Agape replaced my French Doors in June 2018. The project took two days. I am completely satisfied with the work done and with the courtesy, professionalism, neatness, and quietness of the workers. I saw the foreman sweeping several times each day - they left the area clean and neat. In the past, workmen have played (loud) music for the entirety of the project. These two workers did not. The total cost was about $2500. I love my new doors and will definitely use Agape Home Services for future projects.

I found some ideas on the Houzz website, brought them to Agape, and Becky worked very well with us on that part to make our vision a reality. I hired Agape Home Services and they did a fantastic job. They documented my thoughts and ideas and follow through with the project. The Work Team was very good, they arrived timely every day, they were friendly and courteous, they knew what to do and did their work in a professional manner and at the end of each day they cleaned-up. At the beginning of the project, the Project Coordinator gave me a contractual task list, a progressive payment plan, and a final punch list. When all task were completed a final payment was made and the project was given a note of completion.. The Project Manager also came out to review the job and thanked me for choosing Agape. This made me feel very important and special. They are good and they do give friendly personal service making the customer feel good about their choice of a contractor. I will use them again. Note: I have pictures, but have to send them later once I load them in my computer.

I had the most wonderful remodeling experience with Agape Home Services. They are skilled in what they do and it shows in the finished product. They gave me an estimate of 6 to 8 weeks to remodel my master and guest bathrooms plus fix numerous cracks throughout my two-story home and painted every room in 5 1/2 weeks. They certainly treat your home like it was their home and you feel like they are part of your family too! I highly recommend Agape for any home services you might need.

I hired this company in 2012 to remodel my bathroom. They were very difficult to deal with and it turned out to be an unpleasant experience. I could list all of the issues I had, but what I felt was most important to share is that now, 6 years later, I am spending $1,500 to repair the poor work that was done on my shower. After a couple years of mold in the grout, I have had to bring in a tile person to rip apart the bottom half of my shower to determine where the mold was coming from. I watched as the tile was removed to reveal that their installer put screws through the shower pan liner on the inside of door sill. Water has been leaking through these screw holes and rotted out the hardiboard. In order to repair this damage the whole shower pan and the walls around it all need to be removed and a new liner installed. Apparently this a short cut often employed by contractors to save money and time. I would never have hired this company again after my initial experience, but now I feel it is important to ensure others are warned as to the type of work they do.

First, let me compliment the owner and the construction professionals of Agape Home Services that helped me design and complete my rather unique garage project -- they were very professional and courteous, allowing me to ask questions as they proceeded, and they cleaned up the site each night. I am impressed with the quality of there workmanship. I am very pleased with the final results. The work consisted of adding a wall to create a separate workspace in my garage, complete with a pocket door, and adding lighting and electrical outlets. The also added an exterior door, cutting through a brick wall, framing, and painting the door. They even provided mulch for the garden to replace mulch in the area of the garden that was needed to access the new door. I highly recommend Jerry Wetrich and Agape Home Services for your next home project!

I can't express enough what a phenomenal company Agape Home Services is. They wowed us from our first consultation and continued to wow us through the whole process. I contact this company to get a price to gut the Master Bathroom but I was disappointed that he does only $25,000 to $40,000 dollar bathrooms. Otherwise he was nice about being a honest up front. My $10,000 to $15,000 was not worth the time! Thanks through for calling me back.

We decided to completely remodel our 1970's kitchen. I contacted a few companies and got a few bids. Usual stuff. But Jerry came in, had a fantastic delivery of the work and gave us a good deal. I could have gone cheaper, but I am very glad i stuck with Agape. It was a great experience from the start to the end. We had a few changes, a few problems (normal in this type of project) and the Agape crew handled them all without complaint, and even did more to correct them than i had expected. They use a "crew per job" model, so we had the same guys every day. I Got to know them pretty well and we all worked together nicely. Heck, even my dogs liked them. We took the kitchen down to the bare walls, removed the tile and laminate flooring (about 1400 sq ft total), got custom built cabinets and a great finish. Becky (Jerry's mom) is their "go" to designer and she was amazing! We had the idea and she helped us through the colors and finishes, as well as the counters. We know have what i call a "magazine Kitchen" and could not be happier with Agape. Great job gang!

We used Agape to add a small addition to our living room and build a new roof over our existing patio. We were completely pleased with the finished product. The crew was amazing! We were looking to replace the siding on our home. Our first choice was to use Hardy Board. We found Agape to be very reasonable and they did a wonderful job. Everyone from Jeff in Sales, to Delaina, who we'll call the Administrative Assistant (but everyone knows she keeps the ship afloat!!), to Jerry, who oversees the crews, to the guys on the our actual crew. Since the most day to day contact we had was with the crews let me give input about them. They were responsive to any concern we might have, answered any questions, even redid some work that we preferred to be done a different way (aesthetically). Down to the very end when they were painting the siding they took great care to tape and protect our doors and window by sealing off the house. I was impressed!!. Our next home improvement is the bathroom and Agape will be our first phone call!!!

Jerry was referred to me by my realtor as an excellent contact for a bathroom remodel. We had bought a flip, and then mother in law needed to move in. Agape took out the tub and installed a large handicapped access shower. They were consistently on time each day, finished the project a bit earlier than estimated and did everything humanly possible to prevent remodel getting in the way of life. They all were so good at communicating with me in addition to being expertly skilled at their craft. Integrity is not dead, pride in one's work is not passe! Having worked as a trim carpenter, I have a very critical eye for detail. I have seen some of the demos and remods from some of top Dallas companies and I was skeptical that I could find a company that would measure up to my standards. Based upon a recommendation from a close friend and remodeling reviews on Agape Home Services I decided to have AHS remodel our kitchen, nook and guest bath. The results were all that I had hoped for and more. They had a very difficult transition between our breakfast nook and kitchen (see photos) removing a wing wall and fur down that separated the two and blended the two ceilings and wall surfaces flawlessly. I am extremely impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism exhibited by everyone doing the work on the job, their office personnel on scheduling and billing and Becky's guidance on materials and decorating are all an A+++. The only way I could figure someone would give this company a less than stellar rating is not knowing or having experience in the remodeling industry or they're just a whiner, whereas no company could ever satisfy them. So if you're looking for guaranteed satisfaction for your remodeling needs you won't be disappointed. Next on the list for us is our family room, master bedroom and bath and we can't wait to get started.

We hired Agape Home Services to help remodel two areas (Exterior Patio & Half Bath) of our home. Our request was to convert the exterior patio to a Bonus/Crafts Room and modernize the Half Bath. Agape delivered on all expectations and their professionalism, work quality, and experience was impeccable. The project took approximately 6 weeks to complete and was a bit over schedule, but that was due to factors beyond their control. What mattered most to us was the communication that Agape employees had with us during this time. Another aspect of the business that I wish to commend them on is their integrity and trustworthiness. We would leave the employees working in our home for hours without any supervision and had no issues in doing so. They are reputable, honest, hard working, and friendly. Also, their crews and level of experience in varying degrees of their trade was amazing. These individuals were well-versed in a number of trades and not just a specific, narrowed skill set. One final point I would like to make is that I had a very negative contractor experience in the past where I was ripped off in the amount of $20K - $25K for remodeling work. When I searched for a business partner to help me remodel my home this time around I was very anxious and skeptical because I didn't want to relive that horrible experience all over again. Agape Home Services stood out to me because they were a company who actually EMPLOYED all of its resources and didn't subcontract the work to the cheapest company willing to take the job. They are bonded/insured and have a great track record for delivering quality work. Needless to say they ABSOLUTELY DELIVERED and we are satisfied and pleased with their work product! We intend to use Agape Home Services in the near future for other remodeling efforts and without hesitation would recommend them to our friends and family.

We had an idea of what we wanted out master bathroom to look like in our heads, but nothing on paper. After speaking with the people at Agape Home and working closely with them, we are beyond happy with the results. We now have the bathroom we had invisioned!

We are extremely satisfied with our complete kitchen remodel and would highly recommend Agape Home Improvement for remodeling work. From project estimate, scheduling, detailed project list, material list, vendor list, and insuring what our responsibilities concerning owner provided items, the planning by Delania and Jeff was top notch. Once the remodeling started, we appreciated the care taken to insure minimal damage was done to the floor, also insuring that the room was pretty much sealed up to prevent construction dust to migrate to the rest of the house. The prework(before cabinets, backsplash, countertop, etc.) was done with great technical (electrical and plumbing) care by Josh and Danny. Next, the cabinets,(great work by Mat the cabinet maker) counter top, and back splash (great job again by Josh) were installed, and stained (by Eric) all installation/work was done very well. During the whole remodeling process, the various crews were very trustworthy, responsive, and cleaned up the remodeling area and work area every night. Agape is a wonderful company to work with, and one we would highly recommend again and again. It is a family run company with great morals and focus on the home owners. We hired Agape for our complete Kitchen remodel with Laundry room extension which converted the wet bar to a larger laundry room. Our house was built in 1983 and had never been updated other than removing wallpaper. The pricing for the job was quite comparable to other companies we had give us bids. We started already having ideas of what we wanted, and greatly appreciated how well Jeff and Delaina understood our wishes and were able to represent that in a comprehensive workbook for the construction team. We were well informed of what we needed to provide for supplies and had a clear understanding before demolition began. Gary, Erik, and the entire construction team were amazing with their skills and craftsmanship! That kind of quality of skills is hard to find. For instance, we were promised that when the wall was enclosed in our living room to what was the wet bar entrance, the wood paneling would look as if it were original. Gary did a beautiful job, and we are beyond impressed on how great the paneling looks! Gary and Erik always respected our time, home and family, and treated this project as if it were for their own home. They were always easy to approach with questions/concerns and were quick to respond to any needs. Our job was frequently checked on throughout by the Project Coordinator and even the Owner to make sure things were progressing correctly. They completed our work on time and without cutting any corners. As promised, the crew worked within normal hours always leaving our home as clean as possible. From the initial bid to the completion of our project, we were met with great respect, good communication, and wonderful costumer service. We have already recommended Agape to several neighbors and plan to use them again if/when the need arises.

After requesting three bids from three separate remodeling companies, I hired Agape Home Services to do a complete remodel of my kitchen and extend my dining room. This was the first major remodeling project I have done on my house and wasn't sure what to expect. From the first meeting with the owner, Jerry Wetrich, I felt very comfortable with the company and his knowledge and experience to complete the project. In addition, project manager, Delaina Jones was invaluable in helping guide me deciding on color schemes and designs for the kitchen. She has so many resources available to her, it really helped me visualize what the completed project would look like even before it started. The scope of work included scraping the popcorn ceilings in the entire downstairs areas, taking out the wet bar and replacing it with built in bookshelves, removing multiple walls to expand and open up the kitchen and dining room area, all new cabinets, granite counter tops, new floor and updated lighting. From the day they started, everything went very smoothly. The crew was on time and very professional. They kept me updated on their progress and met all of their deadlines. This was a seven week project. I requested a few changes in the middle of the project which were handled without any issues from Agape. I've heard all of the horror stories about remodeling projects gone bad with delays, cost overruns, unreliable workers etc. I did not experience any of that with Agape Home Services. I will definitely hire them again when I'm ready to update the master bathroom. I highly recommend you contact Jerry Wetrich at Agape Home Services. You will be very happy with the results of their work.

Jerry and Jeff showed up to visit with us regarding several projects. The guys couldn't have been nicer. They had great ideas and were confident they could accomplish everything we needed done. The price was right in line with our budget, so we agreed to move forward with Agape. The best thing about Agape is the crews they use are all Agape employees. The crew we had was in our home for 8 days. They showed up on time each day and were extremely kind and respectful to my family. The closet they installed looked like it was original to the house. All of the work they completed was impeccable. I would highly recommend using Agape!

We had a kitchen remodel done. They took out tile floors, existing back splash and counter tops. Removed bar top and created a flush bar even with the sink. Installed new granite, engineered hardwood floor, new back splash, under cabinet lighting, 2 pendant lights over bar, 2 recessed can lights and replaced light fixture over table. Painted existing cabinets white and installed hardware. Agape Home Services was very professional and had great customer service. I would highly recommend them!

Overall an excellent job by Agape Home Services. Their big selling point is a very detailed estimate up front, which after a few wording changes and corrections, was a very good roadmap of the work performed. Other quotes we received were vague and high-level, leaving too much to interpretation and likely expensive change orders. Our master bath remodeling project involved new floors, new bathtub, new shower with seat, new extended shower, new shower/tub tile, remove wallpaper and texture walls, paint ceilings and walls, new toilet, new baseboards, new vanity cabinets, and granite on all tops. We added several electrical outlets and installed the Sonos wireless speaker system for music and radio stations. Overall the project took 4 - 5 weeks, very comfortable with the time frame. Previously our kitchen remodel (using a different contractor) was a disaster, so we were tentative in moving forward with the project. The Agape primes impressed us as diligent and trustworthy, and they delivered a very detailed estimate leaving nothing to chance, so we moved ahead. All during the project execution, the Agape team was professional and very responsive - typically the very same day. The workers during the day were pleasant and very respectful. They cleaned up well every day. Often they would text or call and ask approval for a certain design layout. Thank you Agape - we love our new bathroom! Folks if you are looking for a trustworthy general contractor, give Agape a call - you will be glad.

We chose Agape for a kitchen remodel because of some excellent recommendations. What we experienced with them proved the recommendations were correct. Being rookies in the remodeling world, they gave us the support and guidance we needed throughout the process. Everyone on the team was knowledgeable, had a good attitude and took pride in doing a good job. We had no problem with communication with either the workers or the administrative employees. The owner even came out to help with the demo in order for the project to stay on schedule. I would say the skill level of their employees is excellent as most work directly for Agape and are used to working together. We are continuing to use them for a bathroom project and would recommend them to any of our friends.

We had Agape remove an old fireplace chimney and all new wood siding, trim, gutters and paint. Work was completed on time and as quoted. We are pleased with the end result. Alex and his crew were always on time and did a great job communicating with us on our project. Each evening they left the work site clean and were always respectful of our property. Jerry, the owner, came out when we initially called for the quote and then again when we asked about an additional paint job just to check and see what exactly was needed and gave a us fair quote on it. Will hire them again.

Agape located and repaired 2 separate water leaks in my home. One was located on a stone wall and was unsuccessfully repaired by another firm. The second leak was in a concrete balcony ceiling requiring dismantling of stone and concrete. Agape was very professional and courteous throughout the 5 day project. They were genuinely interested in ensuring that the problems were completely corrected and all of their work was outstanding. I highly recommend Agape and will use them for any future projects at my home.

I used Agape Home Services to remodel my master and guest bathrooms. Overall I was very pleased with the process and the end result. Let's begin by saying a remodel is never fun. However, the Agape team made the process smooth with as little intrusion as possible. Alex, my project lead, was exceptional. He was a great communicator throughout the process and really did partner with me. His team also made sure to protect my floors and walls (in the rest of the house) and made as little mess as possible. Becky, my Agape designer, was a pleasure and suggested some things that made the final product better. Finally, Jerry and Jeff were fantastic to work with. They were consummate professionals who were responsive throughout the process. When looking for a team to do my remod, I did a lot of research and interviewed a number of firms. And, the Agape bid was not the lowest. However, after visiting several times with Jerry and Jeff, and reviewing their previous projects, I went with them. In retrospect, I made the right decision. The work was done on time, on budget and to a high standard - and the bathrooms look great. I highly recommend the Agape team.

We hired Agape Home Services and their decorator Becky Watson to assist with a partial kitchen remodel. We were keeping the existing tile floors and the cabinets. I had planned to go with a light granite countertop but Becky suggested a solid dark colored quartz. I was getting rid of mint green backsplash tiles which were replaced with a beautiful tumbled marble. Becky had 3 options of wall coloring of which her first choice was a shade of green. I said no, I was trying to get rid of green. She had me try several colors on the wall and in the end I chose the shade of green she had first suggested. Becky knows what she's doing! Trust her! They replaced the countertops, backsplash tile, installed new sink and faucet, new double ovens, new smooth cooktop in the island, undercabinet lighting and hardware. They also converted my wet bar area to a dry bar area as we were not using it as a wet bar. They left the plumbing capped off so it could be converted back in the future. The outcome of all this was amazing. They were all highly professional and courteous. They cleaned up at the end of each day. We will definitely use their services again in the future.

From the very start of our kitchen project the family owned business was so easy to work with and made our kitchen remodel seamless. Jerry, Jeff, and Becky helped us every step of the way. Scope of work with Agape included removing carpet in the master and replacing with glue-down bamboo flooring, installing an interior wall, removing an exterior door and framing up the inside/bricking outside where it had been, and completely refacing floor-to-ceiling tile on a fireplace. I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience with Agape was! From the first moment I spoke with Becky on the phone, met her for the project planning, met her son Jerry for further bidding and planning, through the interactions with the project lead and employees on my project - all was just perfect. Becky was exceptionally responsive anytime I had a question or wanted to make a change to the project (which I did several times and she never became exasperated with me at all). When the actual work began, the project lead Bill met me at the house with a folder full of details he went over with me to make sure everything was as I wanted. Their terms were spelled out in advance and I thought that was fair - everything from when I would be expected to pay for what, any supplies they needed from me, how they would handle change orders, etc. They were beyond professional - arriving on time each day, working straight through the day and leaving no earlier than 4 or 4:30. All their workers are employees - not contractors - and this shows! I wasn't living in the house while the work was being done - but even as such they cleaned up after themselves every day and were very careful to be respectful of noise or mess. My project took about 9 days. They didn't mind if I sat and stared at them while they worked - or if I never even showed up the whole day. When the work was done, Bill walked through everything with me, gave me a whole additional day to look over everything my self and give them a punch list of anything I wanted touched up or that wasn't to my liking. Funny thing was that I didn't have a single thing to add - the job had been done as requested, on time, and perfectly. The quality of the work was exemplary. I will admit that their quoted price was higher than any other contractor but I had a feeling that the level of professionalism, quality, and communication would be worth it to reduce my stress on this project and I was right. You definitely get what you pay for. Thank you Becky and Jerry. You will be doing work for me again!!

I can’t say enough about the wonderful people, professionalism, and workmanship of the Agape team. We have completed two major remodel projects with them (including kitchen, master bath, flooring, and lots of painting), and they have earned our respect and recommendation each time. Both projects were completed pretty seamlessly, with few surprises, and ahead of schedule. The owners/management staff, as well as the guys on the job each day, shared their expertise and ideas, while also connecting us with their partners, to help us make informed decisions. The office team is equally friendly and helpful, and their organized approach ensured things were moving forward steadily. The team was responsive when a question or additional need came up too, adapting well. They were more than accommodating of our family and needs throughout the process, such that we were not at all deterred by the thought of a remodel a second time. Agape seems to hire quality people who respect the client and the investment they are making; they go out of their way to offer a good experience – which made it an absolute no brainer to trust our home to them again. They have completed two projects for me, a covered patio and interior renovation including a complete makeover on both my bathrooms. The interior renovation was completed on time and they did a wonderful job - each day the work site was left in a clean condition and the work was very well done. The covered patio was also completed on a timely basis and they even worked through days when the weather was not as cooperative. My home is completed now but I highly recommend them for any home projects. They were a pleasure to work with.

I was impressed with these guys in every aspect. They came out and gave me a bid...Should up exactly when they said they would, did fantastic work, and most importantly were very respectful of my wife as she was home most of the days they were working. When they were completed she felt like she was saying goodbye to family. The guys even got her a little gift to help with our mission work while out of the country. It is refreshing to still see a family owned and operated business that cares about customer service and quality work. As far as the scope of work, they did a total replacement of a shower, layed new flooring in two rooms, textured walls and repainted. I told the owner that I never give a perfect score to anyone because it leaves no room for improvement. I would hope people would do the same for me in order to have an area in which to improve. However, I really don't have anything to say where they could have improved. I use this as a bench mark from multiple other contractors in our home.

Agape did a beautiful job remodeling my kitchen. The scope of the work included replacing about half of the cabinetry, refinishing the remaining cabinetry, relocating the sink and plumbing, installing a range hood and ducting, installing new lighting, appliances, flooring, counters, and backsplash. I was very pleased with Agape's employees and subcontractors. I felt comfortable having them work in my house, as well as leaving them alone in my house. They were polite and always willing to answer questions or address concerns. The project was completed on-time and within budget. I would definitely hire them again.

This review is way over due but very much deserved to Agape Home Services. Right before Thanksgiving, we had our kitchen and living room ceilings scraped, our kitchen cabinets re-done to a beautiful rich dark finish, the kitchen lighting re-done and we had our downstairs guest bath transformed from having a tub to a standing shower. I just wanted to express how incredibly satisfied we are with all the work done, and the outstanding continuous service we have always received from Agape! Erik and his painter team did the most perfect job on all the cabinets and we still can't stop looking at them. Erik and his painter team were all just truly great and we appreciate them and their magical cabinet color work! It's exactly what we were hoping for! Bill and Eric as always have been truly great! I believe it was Mike that also came a day to fill in for Bill and he too was awesome. They all did a phenomenal job on the whole project! This was our 2nd time using Agape for our home improvement projects and they do a perfect job every time. The whole Agape team is outstanding and working with Agape we know each and every time we will get only the best quality work!! The reason for the project was to remove a wall with electrical outlets in the kitchen that was obstructing the view to the outside and dining room. A suggestion was made to take out a portion of wall at the end of the cabinets to have a better view of the fireplace while in the kitchen. Removed the microwave/return vents and two small cabinets above the microwave and replaced with a vented hood in stainless steel. Tiled behind the stove and hood only with one row of tile along the countertop. Carried the theme of tile on fireplace into the kitchen. Kept the cabinets but painted the inside and outside, added hardware and under cabinet lighting. Enlarged the pantry,added an electrical plug for a small microwave. Would I work with Agape Home Services again or recommend them? Yes and Yes, and I have used them again for a much smaller job. The section for How much did the project cost? Don't let that scare you. This project was not anywhere close to the top end of $49,999. As for the crew - nice bunch of guys, not one item was broke or damaged.

Agape did a long-awaited master bathroom remodel for me. They replaced the shower completely, down to the studs, provided a new vanity counter top, installed new sink, faucet, and backsplash. Electrical was also updated, with new light in the shower, new fixture over the sink, and expanded electrical outlets. Bill and Eric did a fantastic job! They arrived promptly when scheduled, and left the work area tidy each day. They clarified with me the work to be done and the materials to be used at the start of the project. Their attention to detail was wonderful - especially dealing with my subway and accent tile, creating wonderful and pleasing patterns in my new shower. On their last scheduled day, they stayed until almost 9 pm to make sure the work was done completely and correctly. Two follow-up items - installing the frameless glass shower door and installing a replacement sink faucet, were completed timely. I have used Agape for home projects before so my expectations for the bathroom were high - and they were more than met! Thanks, Agape, for being a contractor a homeowner can trust and rely on to do the job right.

Agape Home Services completed two bath projects for us in August and October of 2014. The projects were handled from beginning to end with professional, skilled, and courteous interest. We interviewed 11 companies and went with Jerry and Agape. We are so pleased with the final product! It started with needing new appliances, then we found we had to replace granite and install a vent for our new cooktop. Everyone on staff were awesome! Not just with how they treated our home but with our family as well. Each day the place was clean even and amongst the chaos. We were well informed and able to make good decisions along the way. This was my business before coming to Texas so I am pretty hard on contractors. Jerry was #10 out of 11 and within 20 minutes of our speaking I knew he was our new contractor. The custom built hood is a fabulous focal point. The staining of the cabinets make them look furniture quality. The granite is beautiful and only 1 seam for our kitchen! Wow, that is craftsmanship at its best! Each of Jerry's guys were professional and respectful and his office staff was a delight to work with as well! Amazing job, couldn't be happier!!!

I had my bathroom remodeled and Agape did a wonderful job. They did the job within the timeframe they had estimated, and they were extremely helpful in choosing products and ideas of what would work in the space. As far as the process and work, the workers were very respectful of my time and needs, as well as my house. They were clean and conscientious. They communicated clearly when they had questions, and when there were discrepencies, they were very happy to make changes and correct the things that needed correction without argument. All in all I was extremely happy with their work and will use them again!

Agape installed a backsplash in my kitchen with undercabinet lighting. They also removed my over the range microwave and replaced it with a range hood (so the accent tile area could be viewed). I can't say enough good things about Jerry and his crew. Jerry put in the lighting and Erik and Greg did the backsplash. They are the most respectful, courteous contractors I've ever worked with. No phoniness, all genuine. They truly care about the customer and your house. They take special care to cover everything and put paper down on the floor with lots of tape (makes a difference!) so tracking is at a minimum. Becky helped me come up with the tile and accent design - she is truly a sweetheart and a tremendous help. The Agape team are all professionals and do meticulous work, paying attention to detail. I have hired other contractors that were okay but nothing like Agape. I will always hire Agape Home Services when possible!!

Great to work with, honest & upfront communication. Work was high quality. A couple of unexpected issues came up, and workers patiently explained those issues & options to correct them. These folks take pride in their work & making the customer happy.

We found Agape on Angie's List as well as Houzz. They took time to understand what we wanted and in fact gave us advice on some aspects. We had them lay wood flooring in two rooms and two hallways, refinish a brick fireplace with stacked stone including removing a raised hearth, and paint a large, wood paneled living room. The results are outstanding, we are very pleased. Agape was very helpful and considerate along the way, even trying three different colors of paint on the wall so we could better see which one we wanted. Their staff and contractors were prompt, courteous and friendly, and really knew what they were doing. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Agape Home Services has just finished a very successful renovation of a guest bath and kitchen. Jerry – the owner was the last of 4 companies we received estimates from for our project. As a designer I had a vision of what I wanted and after a very bad renovation job - a few years back from a dishonest contractor we had our uncertainties if there were any honest contractors out there. After a walkthrough of work to be performed and Jerry explaining to us how his company would do things I knew he was the contractor I wanted. He took notes in order to put together the estimate and once we received the proposal he had everything we had discussed included. The other 3 companies had items missing or in-correct information. We felt very good moving forward. They showed up “ON TIME” every day – and did exactly what they said they would. Covered all floors to protect, draped doors to keep dust from other rooms & cleaned up every day before leaving. Our job was estimated for 10 days and finished up in 9 days. Jerry had his sub-contractors come in for cabinets, paint and shower door to insure the best work possible (our last contractor tried to do it all & was not qualified for any of the work). The work was awesome and Jerry & Josh were a blessing to work with. We will definitely work with them again.

We have used Agape Home Services for two previous, major projects. It has been a few years since our last project but what we found is that Agape has continued to improve their process to ensure client satisfaction. They put together a project workbook with step-by-step check-list to ensure a successful outcome. This project was a jack and jill bath remodel. The entire bathroom was gutted. Agape performed the following: - removed existing cabinets/sinks/mirrors/floor tiles and bathtub, - replaced regular door between the vanity and shower with a pocket door to regain space, - installed new shower, retiled from floor to ceiling, installed frameless glass shower, - installed new vanity, mirrors, lights and repainted all exposed wall, - installed porcelain floor tiles The work performed was all top notch but what makes Agape special was the guidance, recommendations for options and the attention to detail. We were provided guidance, options and recommendations for every option and choice. This was incredibly helpful and comforting. We bought a pre-built vanity. It was very nice but did not fit perfectly. Mike made a custom tile wall extension to make it look very nice - like the vanity was a perfect fit. It made all the difference and it was his idea, design and execution that made the difference. We highly recommend Agape!

Becky and team were wonderful to work with and I could not be happier with the end product. The team were very respectful and tidy and the work was top notch! I did go over budget substantially but that was due to my scope changes:) Plan on having them back for additional work this fall.

Agape Home Services did a great job on our bathroom remodel. We had a general idea of what we wanted, and they helped us refine it, and then made it happen. The quality of the work was excellent. I would definitely use them again. They are real craftsmen who take pride in the work, pay attention to detail, and are meticulous about cleaning up and trying to inconvenience the homeowner as little as possible. Renovating a home is an inherently stressful process so with trepidation I entered this process by calling many contractors that already had good reviews. I found that you cannot always rely on those reviews because not all contractors will even call you back-BUT this is not the case with Agape! There reviews on this site and others were stellar, and they were TOO true. I couldn't have been more impressed with the company and the process. My renovation was almost an entire house and was over $50,000. Jerry and his employees were the best I have dealt with-and I have been in the process of renovation for eight years. What I really appreciated was the hands on approach of the owner, he was right there with his employees and didn't ask them to do anything he wouldn't and didn't know how to do. It was also a blessing that for the four weeks they were in my house, I had the same employees-not subcontractors-but actual skilled employees. They were respectful of us still living in the home during all the chaos and each night they cleaned up and never left us with construction debris from the day. As with all jobs there are hidden issues and Jerry handled these tactfully and worked with us on solutions that wouldn't break the bank but were still solid and aesthetically pleasing. Overall I would highly recommend this contractor and will call them again if I ever have any more construction needs.

Agape Home Services completely gutted my kitchen and remodeled. The original estimate to complete the job was 15 days but it was all done in 12. Three or more employees worked at my house Monday through Friday making the work go really fast. They showed up each day on time and cleaned up the mess before they left each day. Every crew was very respectful, professional and courteous. We did go slightly over the original budget but not by much. I am extremely pleased with the work done and am enjoying my new kitchen.

The single most influential selection factor was Agape's Angie's List rating. Based on the rating and the reviews, we did not solicit additional bids. We prefer to pay a fair price for excellent craftsmanship, project management, and service rather than seek a bargain. Mutual respect and trust in the relationship is far more important than contract terms. Contracts define the legal aspects; respect and trust define the human aspects. We believe our home is a blessing and we are only temporary stewards and it was important to us to work with people who were philosophically aligned. We were confident after our first meeting with Becky and Jerry that they too are good stewards of both properties and relationships. This was confirmed throughout the project with excellent communication and with our final punch list that consisted of only minor touch-ups. Well done good and faithful servants!

Good job done on both bath and kitchen renovations. (Bath done in 20113 & kitchen in 2016) Some glitches but worked to resolve to my satisfaction.

Agape did a kitchen/family room remodel and their work was excellent. They were responsive to my requests and provided me with my dream kitchen. We literally gutted the rooms and started over - it was a huge project but worth all of the time and work it took to get it done. From the custom cabinets to the new fireplace to the lighting and wood-look tile floor, they the Agape team gave me just what I wanted. I have used them for all three of my bathrooms and an outdoor landscaping project through the years, but this was by far their largest and most complicated job for me. They gave me a beautiful space that gets rave reviews from everyone who sees it.

Whole house remodeling. 3 bathrooms, kitchen, painted whole house, new flooring, new back door. Agape provided design services for master bath and kitchen. They had creative ideas in the kitchen to utilize space more efficiently and improve the openness. In the master bath, removed a corner spa, installed new granite-topped custom cabinets, expanded shower, new tile with decorative glass tiles, and glass enclosure. A detailed plan and budget was agreed to before work started, and change orders were handled to our satisfaction. When the inevitable issues came up, they had creative ways of making a plan B. Agape made it as easy as possible for us, as we lived in half the house while they worked on the other half, and then we switched. They put up a big sheet of plastic that helped to isolate the dust. They had workers on the job every day as promised, and it lasted about 8 weeks. The workers were courteous and professional, and cleaned up at the end of each day. They were considerate of our dog. We were satisfied with their handling of the punch list to finish up the job. Agape kept their commitments with honesty and integrity.

My shower needed tearing down and replacing. It was old, outdated, ugly and I also knew I had termite damage underneath. I was very apprehensive about having this work done since I did not know how much damage had been done by termites. I was put at ease by everyone at Agape by their knowledge and experience and calm assurance. The job was done very professionally every step of the way. After the demo they showed me the extent of the damage and exactly what was done to repair it. I was consulted at every phase of the job and there was comfort in knowing what work was being done. And the outcome was beautiful! The tile work was excellent and the installation of the shower door (which was no easy feat) was done with precision and care. Everyone who worked on the job was not only courteous but professional and knowledgeable and obviously took great pride in their work. I am thrilled with my beautiful new shower.

The two things that most influenced my decision to work with Agape were: 1) Agape's excellent feedback on Angie's List; 2) Jerry's (the owner) "regular guy" appeal to the consumer. No sales pitch; all work is done by the company and not sub'd out. All companies say they value customer satisfaction, but Jerry sincerely conveyed to me that customer service is not simply a slogan but guiding principle of Agape. They delivered!!! His workers were polite, timely, and meticulous in the quality of their work; the finished product greatly exceeded my expectations. I own several rental properties across the country and regularly interact with contractors. I can honestly say that Agape is the best team I have ever worked with.
