My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Regarding Design is woman-owned and operated by founder, Kelly Caruso. Kelly is an interior designer who listens and follows her clients' needs and feelings to drive the design. She provides clients with a variety of design services both locally and virtually - from space planning to material selection to full-home interior design. At Regarding Design we believe first and foremost in the power of creating a sense of belonging in your home. The last part of our home needing renovation was the primary suite. Regarding Design presented mood boards, color direction, and furniture selections that were bolder and more creative than we would have selected on our own….all on budget. Kelly from Regarding Design asked questions and listened to the details of my daily routine and lifestyle. She created a space plan that allows for living, working, and entertaining. She used color, patterns, and textiles to add softness and sophistication. I love how it all turned out!
