This client wanted her kitchen renovated to increase resale value, as she was shortly planning on putting her house on the market. The renovation process was smooth and organized, and the result was that it went under contract in just three days! We designed an eclectic and sophisticated kitchen which exudes a major wow-factor as soon as you walk into the house. We mixed color and texture with a navy blue island, white and silver patterned backsplash, oversized pendants with a brass finish, and a final touch of beautifully designed hardware. --- Project designed by Miami interior designer Margarita Bravo. Here's a complete bathroom remodel done for a family in Long Beach. Though this bathroom may look like a simple small and compact bathroom, this room holds a lot of great features. The main attraction of this bathroom comes from the open shower that is accompanied by a accented black tile wall. This shower is also featured with a full length niche for shower accessories and a bench for extra support. The bathroom is enhanced more by the golden features that come from the knobs and faucet. This bathroom is the perfect master bathroom extension.

This bathroom is for the kids! This project was completed with wainscoting on the walls, painted wallpaper that has a modern square texture marble mosaic flooring, and crown molding. The vanity and mirrors were purchased from Pottery Barn, putting the icing on the cake for this bathroom remodel.

This project shows the remodel of a small 1950's vintage home master bathroom. 8"" x 18" Calcutta gold marble tile was used on the shower walls and floor wall base and ceramic gray penny tile on the floor. Shower includes curbless pan / floor, dual shower boxes, frameless glass slider, trough duel fixture sink and chrome fixtures.
