Anchoring the light.
This striking black chevron patchwork rug creates the perfect dramatic contrast in a sun-drenched, neutral living space. The bold geometric texture grounds the airy "New Hampton" aesthetic. Proof that a dark centerpiece is the ultimate move for modern luxury.

Our clients wanted to take their outdated master bath and bring it into 2020 and beyond. The addition of that sparkly chandelier, that luxurious rain head shower, the teak shower bench, the custom rain glass entrance doors, and all new LED lighting for the shine, were the features that our clients had only DREAMED of. Enjoy all the details in each of the photos...take notes...how can we turn your dreams into a reality.

With a complete transformation of the main level of this Vienna home, especially with the removal of a wall and raising of the floor, the retro modern and open vibe of the entire space shines with light and function. Fun design highlights: the kitchen pantry and bar area are tucked off behind the main kitchen area, providing more storage and counterspace than expected, the mudroom now provides better flow for entry and exit, and the lower laundry room received a well-deserved update.

Water Pop technique involves applying a coat of water (yes, water) on the floors in order to open the grain and follow it by the application of the stain. Because the wood grain is open, the stain colors takes better and results into beautiful floors.
