Within 5 weeks, which included a 1 week company shutdown for the holidays, we renovated the kitchen, painted the dining room, living room, foyer and hallway and did repairs from a water leak on the lower level.

This was a builder-grade primary bathroom and closet with dated finishes, an awkward layout and annoying doors that swung into the walkways. It was time to give these spaces a complete overhaul to create a retreat that was both functional and luxurious. Full interior renovation of a Downtown Vancouver townhouse completed over nine months. Scope included a complete kitchen renovation, two bathroom renovations, custom millwork throughout, herringbone hardwood flooring, and a new glass stair guardrail. The project was designed by Accentrix Designs and built by Roka Projects, with Roka managing all permits, trade coordination, and construction from start to finish. Strata coordination was required throughout, including building system shutdowns and elevator logistics for material access — typical of the additional layer of complexity that comes with renovating in a downtown Vancouver strata property.
