The other project continuing from the Geometric Built In utilizes the reclaimed Ash for sleek modern hand rails and ladders. The clean squared handrail sits on top clear coated flat bar steel all fastened to the wall with our designed steel rail brackets. Up to the landing you will see the integrated ladder which leads to a little nook designated as a music space! On the upper floor the steel and Ash wood design is carried into a second ladder designed for a top bunk of a kids sleeping nook. This stairrunner project was something very special. Using 100% wool Stair Runner From Stanton Carpet (Item 21592 Alexander 31” width), we had to create a custom Stair-runner to fit a landing featuring a 90% miter, a Hollywood style step installation and then starting and ending with end caps. The U-Shaped landing area was created by matching two ends of the stair runner. This customer wanted a matching area rug which was not ready available. Our master installer seamed 3 – 31” runners lengths together to create the desired length and then added the borders to finish the look. The completed size was 5.8 x 8.6. Inspiration for a mid-sized timeless u-shaped porcelain tile eat-in kitchen remodel in New York with a farmhouse sink, beaded inset cabinets, medium tone wood cabinets, granite countertops, multicolored backsplash, mosaic tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances and green walls

Small in scale but rich in detail, an interior designer brought a jewel box vision to life in the kitchen of her 1900 Georgetown row home. Drawing from the lush backyard garden, she chose Snaidero cabinetry in Alps Green and Burnished Gold Mica Matte Lacquers, paired with Bronzed frame glass units for the uppers and white quartz counters with gold veining. Handleless cabinets and clean lines help the space feel open, elegant, and ideal for entertaining.

This gorgeous Main Bathroom starts with a sensational entryway a chandelier and black & white statement-making flooring. The soaking tub is on a raised platform below shuttered windows allowing a ton of natural light as well as privacy. The giant shower is a show stopper with a seat and walk-in entry.
