This is contemporary conceptual bungalow house plans. Comparative similarities with Craftsman House and Log House. Its plan for a duplex house. It satisfied both the corner apartment lot and narrow lot. It is planned in a two-story design with a covered Front porch and built floating slab. This covered front porch designs to find the glorious views. We build a screen porch to benefit consumers. The primary floor program includes a bedroom, a bath, a fantastic room, kitchen, dining room. Here an eating bar in the kitchen and the style of kitchen island in modern fashion. Upstairs there's a master bedroom, a master bathroom with a small double vanity sink plus another bedroom. The roof is Dutch gable style. This single-family home is comfortable, enjoyable, and customers friendly.

Partial demolition and pop-top of existing single-story home. Included the City of Boulders setback averaging and front porch encroachment to enhance curb appeal while maximizing buildable square footage. An open floor plan was arranged around the home-owners existing furnishings and familiar living spaces of their prior out-of-state home. The residence scored a 94 Green Point Rating on the City of Boulder’s legacy Green Points program. The home features an age-in-place approach with an accessible bedroom with private bathroom on the main level.

This dense cluster of 20 units is a unique mix of uses, containing 4 duplex units and 4 triplex units that include ground floor commercial or work / live units. The commercial units face the busy boulevard, and the rear units address the low density residential context of single family homes. The architecture is a response to the mixed programming, reflecting the industrial history of the area along with warmer residential qualities. The design is punctuated with outdoor rooms that provide the spaces throughout with light and air from all sides. Materials intentionally appear as applied as a reference to the notion of architecture as fashion - most of the homes in the area have an applied style. In this respect, the project is fully integrated into its context.

Jasmine Residence is a renovation of a single-story ranch house in Denver, Colorado. Two accordion folding glass doors connect the main living space with the rear yard and the neighborhood street. This effectively creates a large breezeway that can be opened up for three seasons annually. The second story addition expands the house's existing program to include a new master suite and a loft.

Perched in the foothills of Edna Valley, this single family residence was designed to fulfill the clients’ desire for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Much of the program and architectural forms were driven by the picturesque views of Edna Valley vineyards, visible from every room in the house. Ample amounts of glazing brighten the interior of the home, while framing the classic Central California landscape. Large pocketing sliding doors disappear when open, to effortlessly blend the main interior living spaces with the outdoor patios. The stone spine wall runs from the exterior through the home, housing two different fireplaces that can be enjoyed indoors and out. Because the clients work from home, the plan was outfitted with two offices that provide bright and calm work spaces separate from the main living area. The interior of the home features a floating glass stair, a glass entry tower and two master decks outfitted with a hot tub and outdoor shower. Through working closely with the landscape architect, this rather contemporary home blends into the site to maximize the beauty of the surrounding rural area.

The Chattahoochee River Residence is a three level single-family dwelling comprised of 5,300 square feet of conditioned space, located directly on the Chattahoochee River in Atlanta, Georgia. The program includes open and interconnected living spaces, three bedrooms, a fitness room, a cubby wall feature, and exterior entertainment spaces including a covered terrace and elevated deck overlooking the river.

The goal of this project was to replace a small single-story seasonal family cottage with a year-round home that takes advantage of the views and topography of this lakefront site while providing privacy for the occupants. The program called for a large open living area, a master suite, study, a small home gym and five additional bedrooms. The style was to be distinctly contemporary. The house is shielded from the street by the placement of the garage and by limiting the amount of window area facing the road. The main entry is recessed and glazed with frosted glass for privacy. Due to the narrowness of the site and the proximity of the neighboring houses, the windows on the sides of the house were also limited and mostly high up on the walls. The limited fenestration on the front and sides is made up for by the full wall of glass on the lake side, facing north. The house is anchored by an exposed masonry foundation. This masonry also cuts through the center of the house on the fireplace chimney to separate the public and private spaces on the first floor, becoming a primary material on the interior. The house is clad with three different siding material: horizontal longboard siding, vertical ribbed steel siding and cement board panels installed as a rain screen. The standing seam metal-clad roof rises from a low point at the street elevation to a height of 24 feet at the lakefront to capture the views and the north light. The house is organized into two levels and is entered on the upper level. This level contains the main living spaces, the master suite and the study. The angled stair railing guides visitors into the main living area. The kitchen, dining area and living area are each distinct areas within one large space. This space is visually connected to the outside by the soaring ceilings and large fireplace mass that penetrate the exterior wall. The lower level contains the children’s and guest bedrooms, a secondary living space and the home gym.

Secondary bathroom from a complete luxury home remodel in Newport Coast — proof that the project's full-slab standard ran through every bathroom in the house, not just the primary. Coastline Builders Group wrapped the walk-in shower in dramatic dark-veined natural stone slab behind frameless glass, with the same stone topping the custom vanity, matte black fixtures throughout, and new custom cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, and lighting. Each of the home's bathrooms carries a different slab selection — a fabrication program across the whole house rather than a single showcase room.

An old 3-acre sheep farm with a small 100-year old farmhouse, this hidden site within the hills of SW Portland revealed mature nut trees, a small vineyard, and several neglected out-buildings. The program called for a new 4BR single-level house which was carefully sited between two delineated wetlands on site, with the main living spaces running north-south and the bedrooms running east-west. Oversized eaves provide year-round outdoor living and invite a walk to the nearby guest house converted from the old farmhouse. A pool terrace with southern exposure creates a gathering space for the family to enjoy. The clients requested an architectural style reminiscent of Mid-Century modern homes, thus the house is comprised of long, low-sloping, gable roof forms, vertical cedar siding, and warm interior wood finishes including cedar ceilings and oak and walnut built-ins throughout.
