Custom window shades aid in a black-out design for sleeping and blocking the westward sun. Custom window drapery provide dimension to the curved wall and curved ceiling by adding a contrasting color tone. A sophisticated accent on the end panels is a geometric pattern trim. Perfect for lounging and reading, this chaise holds the best seat in the house.

It is a modern art décor luxury bedroom suite with a sitting area, walk-in closet, and full bath. The soothing color blend is achieved to aid a good night's rest, not just for the body but also for the mind.
Each piece of furniture installed was custom-made to fit the unique shape and size of the room. The piano-inspired dressing table sits at a focal point from the entrance, dividing the room into two zones, the sleeping area, and the lounge area.

This 400 s.f. studio apartment in NYC’s Greenwich Village serves as a pied-a-terre
for clients whose primary residence is on the West Coast.
Although the clients do not reside here full-time, this tiny space accommodates
all the creature comforts of home.
Bleached hardwood floors, crisp white walls, and high ceilings are the backdrop to
a custom blackened steel and glass partition, layered with raw silk sheer draperies,
to create a private sleeping area, replete with custom built-in closets.
Simple headboard and crisp linens are balanced with a lightly-metallic glazed
duvet and a vintage textile pillow.
The living space boasts a custom Belgian linen sectional sofa that pulls out into a
full-size bed for the couple’s young children who sometimes accompany them.
Efficient and inexpensive dining furniture sits comfortably in the main living space
and lends clean, Scandinavian functionality for sharing meals. The sculptural
handrafted metal ceiling mobile offsets the architecture’s clean lines, defining the
space while accentuating the tall ceilings.
The kitchenette combines custom cool grey lacquered cabinets with brass fittings,
white beveled subway tile, and a warm brushed brass backsplash; an antique
Boucherouite runner and textural woven stools that pull up to the kitchen’s
coffee counter punctuate the clean palette with warmth and the human scale.
The under-counter freezer and refrigerator, along with the 18” dishwasher, are all
panelled to match the cabinets, and open shelving to the ceiling maximizes the
feeling of the space’s volume.
The entry closet doubles as home for a combination washer/dryer unit.
The custom bathroom vanity, with open brass legs sitting against floor-to-ceiling
marble subway tile, boasts a honed gray marble countertop, with an undermount
sink offset to maximize precious counter space and highlight a pendant light. A
tall narrow cabinet combines closed and open storage, and a recessed mirrored
medicine cabinet conceals additional necessaries.
The stand-up shower is kept minimal, with simple white beveled subway tile and
frameless glass doors, and is large enough to host a teak and stainless bench for
comfort; black sink and bath fittings ground the otherwise light palette.
What had been a generic studio apartment became a rich landscape for living.

Welcome home to the Gulf! When you walk inside, the first thing you see is the ground floor open air game room. Then, as you walk inside, you notice the floor to ceiling glass sliding doors which offer an incredible view of the beach and the glittering water beyond. With so much natural light, the home always feels like summer. Chi-Mar construction used reclaimed wood beams in order to bring the natural elements inside, for an interior that complements the view. The kitchen was also designed with this natural element in mind. Mother of pearl kitchen backsplash and feature wall allow the home to have an underwater feel, as the backsplash sparkles throughout the room. The kitchen also features top of the line appliances and a custom copper hood over range. The wood walls throughout and quartz countertops showcase the incredible craftsmanship that Chi-Mar Construction takes with each home. For convenience, as well as adding sleeping spaces, we used custom designed bunk nooks so that there were plenty of beds for guests. The reclaimed wood barn doors offer a unique style of privacy, and continue to aid in the natural style seen throughout the home. The master bedroom offers another escape in the home. An open spa master bath with marble throughout is the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach. The bedroom, with stunning Gulf views, features painted wood arched accent beams in master bedroom, which mirror the arched details in living areas. This stunning home is the perfect beach getaway!
