Here is the pivoting unit in open position. Since houzz does not have video yet, you can go to my Facebook page and watch it there. The pivoting hardware was custom made for us by a machine shop that are specialists in marine and aeronautical work. It is made up of a bottom and top bearing system with steel extension supports and 3/4" thick stainless steel pins. The bookshelf is 300lbs, but can be swiveled by a 5 year old child with no effort. There are rubber wives casters that add extra support on the end, but they are barely touching the hardwood flooring. Client is extremely happy. I had several sleepless nights wondering if this would work..

This guest bath is definitely an original with this tile that is based on Banksy's street art. You order the square footage you want and they send you whatever they see fit. Because it was a guest bathroom there was more latitude in the design direction. It was not going to be used on a daily basis. This stained glass window was created as part of our signature Aspen Stained Glass line. These windows look beautiful in cottage style or contemporary homes and are a great way for outdoor enthusiasts to celebrate their love of nature. The textured appearance of the glass provides the homeowners with a high level of privacy and comfort.

Completed in 2018, this Westlake Hills duplex, designed by Alterstudio Architects, underwent a dramatic transformation by mixing light & airy with dark & moody design. The goal of the project was to create a more intimate environment using a more saturated and dramatic palette. Additionally, it draws from warmer wood tones such as walnut alongside luxurious textures, particularly in navy, dark grey, and emerald green. The end result is an elegant, timeless, and comfortable space conducive to cozying up with a book at the end of a long day.
