The design brings together natural textures, rich grounding tones and carefully layered details to create a boutique experience. In the open-plan kitchen, living and dining space, warm timber, garnet-toned cabinetry, soft stone flooring and relaxed woven textures create a calm and inviting backdrop. Deep red upholstery, blue armchairs, natural rugs, rustic timber furniture and generous planting add depth, warmth and on brand personality. The bedrooms were designed to feel restful and quietly luxurious, with soft neutral textiles, textured curtains, warm timber pieces, rattan lighting and subtle red accents. In the twin bedroom, a painted shiplap headboard wall creates a strong focal point, adding character and definition while keeping the overall scheme calm and welcoming. Techplan is part of the Modelowedomy collection of three individually configurable houses, distinguished by its modern flat-roof form and an open-plan arrangement connecting the living room, dining area and kitchen. The concept creates a generous shared space in which each functional zone remains visually connected. Soft neutral upholstery, warm timber and expansive glazing establish a calm and refined character throughout the living area. A restrained palette of cream, beige, white and natural wood is contrasted by darker furniture and a sculptural fireplace, while the generous proportions of the room allow the architecture and individual furnishings to remain clearly defined. The carefully composed interior reflects the work of an interior architect in Poznań, with emphasis on proportion, materiality and practical comfort. A large light-beige sectional sofa forms the heart of the lounge, with its broad chaise sections and deep upholstered seats creating a generous area for relaxation. Several loose cushions and a softly textured throw add a more informal layer to the otherwise precise composition. In front of the sofa, two round coffee tables overlap slightly, combining pale smooth tops with vertically fluted cylindrical bases. Their different diameters and textured supports create a subtle sculptural arrangement against the large woven rug. The television stands freely in front of the extensive glazing, supported by a slim white structure rather than mounted directly onto a wall. Two tall floor-standing speakers flank the screen, introducing narrow black vertical accents that contrast with the bright surroundings. The open media arrangement keeps the glazed façade unobstructed, allowing daylight and views of the garden to remain an important part of the interior. On the opposite side of the room, a freestanding black wood-burning stove provides a strong architectural counterpoint to the light furniture. Its cylindrical flue extends vertically towards the ceiling, while the visible fire brings a warm glow into the neutral setting. Behind the stove, the wall is covered with three-dimensional white geometric panels with a faceted surface, creating a distinctive textured backdrop. Light falling across the relief produces subtle variations of shadow and gives the fireplace zone considerable visual depth. Beneath the seating group, a large textured rug defines the lounge area and adds softness to the pale timber flooring. Its woven surface contrasts with the smooth coffee-table tops and the clean upholstery of the sofa, while the natural wood elements introduce additional warmth. The combination of tactile fabrics, ribbed furniture bases, timber and sculptural wall cladding gives the restrained colour palette a richer, layered character. Full-height glazing stretches across the rear of the living space, opening the interior towards mature greenery, lawn and a white vertical garden fence. Natural daylight fills the room and emphasizes the generous proportions of the open-plan architecture, while the garden provides a calm green backdrop to the carefully controlled interior palette. Contemporary living room designed as part of a modern house interior project in Poland, combining warm natural wood, soft beige upholstery, dark accents and carefully selected architectural details. Generous glazing brings greenery and daylight into the interior, while the high ceiling and elevated opening visible above the living zone emphasize the spacious character of the Komfoo house. The living area is centred around a large modular sectional sofa in a warm cream-beige fabric, composed of generously padded seats and broad chaise elements. Its soft, rounded profile creates a relaxed and comfortable seating arrangement, while several large cushions add to the informal character of the lounge. A textured light throw lies across the chaise, introducing another layer of softness and reinforcing the tactile quality of the neutral interior. Two overlapping round coffee tables form the centre of the seating arrangement, both finished in a deep black tone with vertically ribbed cylindrical bases. The individual pieces vary subtly in shape and orientation, creating a three-dimensional, textured surface that extends across the entire media wall. Set against this warm wood background, the large flat-screen television becomes a clearly defined focal point. Rather than being mounted directly to the wall, it stands on a slim black floor-supported structure, giving the media zone a lighter and more contemporary appearance. Natural timber flooring continues throughout the room, complementing the warm tones of the feature wall while contrasting with the pale woven rug beneath the seating area. The rug introduces a pronounced looped texture and visually gathers the sofa and coffee tables into one coherent lounge zone. Above, a large white cylindrical pendant suspended from a curved floor-to-ceiling arc provides a sculptural lighting element and adds a distinctive vertical accent to the otherwise restrained composition. Behind the seating area, a tall opening reveals the greenery outside and allows the garden to become part of the interior setting. This penthouse apartment has glorious 270-degree views, and when we engaged to complete the extensive renovation, we knew that this apartment would be a visual masterpiece once finished. So we took inspiration from the colours featuring in many of their art pieces, which we bought into the kitchen colour, soft furnishings and wallpaper. We kept the bathrooms a more muted palette using a pale green on the cabinetry. The MC Lozza dining table, custom-designed wall units and make-up area added uniqueness to this space.
