Inspiration for a small contemporary full sun front yard gravel landscaping in Orange County for spring.

Pride of Barbados, Blue Point Juniper, Umbrella Plants, Grege's Mist Flower, Fall Aster, African Basil, Texas Sage and Russian Sage all surrounding a rain garden / bioswale installed beside the driveway. Rain water from the roof and driveway collect in the rain garden and percolate into the soil. All design, fabrication and construction by Davey McEathron Architecture.

This large wet room combines a steam shower and a comfortably spacious tub. MTI Baths' Adena 3 bathtub is minimalist in design but not in comfort. It sits beside a large bank of glass block which provide ample natural light. Randomly placed pin lights are installed overhead for adequate, yet unobtrusive, artificial light on darker days or nights. The shower has a handheld fixture, a fixed showerhead, and an overhead rainhead fixture to suit everyone's preference. A Steamist unit envelops the entire area in relaxing steam, perfect for soothing sore muscles and creating an overall stress-free feeling. An anti-fog mirror sits adjacent to the handheld, situated at the perfect height to facilitate a clean shave. Designer: Debra Owens Photographer: Michael Hunter

This project shows the remodel of a small 1950's vintage home master bathroom. 8"" x 18" Calcutta gold marble tile was used on the shower walls and floor wall base and ceramic gray penny tile on the floor. Shower includes curbless pan / floor, dual shower boxes, frameless glass slider, trough duel fixture sink and chrome fixtures.

Location: New York, NY, United States This Loft was tastefully renovated back in the '90s, but was due for an update and an expansion of the kitchen and dining areas to accommodate the client's cooking skills and entertaining needs. EnlargIing the island and adding cabinetry to delineate the office, bar and dining areas was a priority. The bathroom was updated to feel like a tranquil spa with beautiful new tile, plumbing fixtures and cabinets.
