Industrial lighting, carved wood accents, warm neutrals, travel photography and souvenirs, and antique furniture pieces come together to create a boho-styled home office area, repurposing many of the existing furnishings that had been in this former dining room.
A mirror hung high on the wall reflects the light and color from the adjacent playroom. The desk was created from a salvaged door. Open, but tucked-away, storage space was created from a repurposed bar cart, and antique sideboards store office supplies. An open area was left in the middle of the room for taking periodic yoga breaks, or pulling up the corner chair to watch some tv. Custom curtains and a punched-metal star lantern bring rich texture and pattern, while providing light-filtering privacy.
Canvas art print, frames, and corner shelving from World Market. Antique sideboard from China. Antique cabinet from Indonesia. Industrial-style light from Home Depot. Rug from Wayfair. Door from local seller. Chair from Zuo Modern showroom sample sale.

n this stunning, newly built, custom home it was important to be able to design a kitchen that tied in both elegant aesthetics and efficient performance. This kitchen includes gorgeous floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, concealing large appliances such as the freezer and refrigerator with custom appliance panels and giving the kitchen next-level charm and sophistication. The stacked wall cabinets incorporate gorgeous framed glass upper doors which serve as the perfect display case for delicate china and priceless souvenirs. The magnificent premium-alder, raisin-stained wood-hood acts as a focal point with functionality. It contains, on either side of the cooktop, convenient pull out spice racks allowing for optimal organization and accessibility while cooking. The massive, raisin-stained island compliments the hood and features an extra bar sink and luxurious 6mm Cambria quartz countertops. This quartz carries over beneath the hood creating a beautifully unique backsplash. In this custom Crystal Keyline kitchen, every inch of cabinetry appears as a gorgeous furniture piece yet acts as if it owns the performance and harmony of a professional kitchen.

A perfectly designed floor plan is half the battle! In this gorgeous transitional style Great Falls home, we planned the space so that the beautiful artwork and stunning baby grand piano are displayed beautifully. A perfect balance of elements allows the homeowners to sit and relax while practicing the piano. We juxtaposed the client’s unique antique collection with newly sourced decor places to create a harmonious decor plan. We also added plenty of shelves in the beautiful study to store the client’s book collection and precious souvenirs. The unique floor plan ensures the entire home has a lively, seamless flow of positive energy.

The homeowners undertook an extensive renovation to update and enhance their compact home. While one of the owners possesses culinary talents, the other is an avid gardener who enjoys preserving the harvests from their garden. Our design theme integrates the clients’ passions for traveling and fine food, incorporating treasured souvenirs and botanical finds. The design concept is transitional, reflecting a preference for clean modern accents but centers on the clients’ love of travel, particularly the charm and comfort of the European countryside and its quaint bistros. Interior Design by Sheree Stuart Design.

Double doors cabinets on the bottom for additional space for belongings. Can be customized in size, material, and finish. Hand crafted in US. Price: $8,000+

This home office also serves as a family room and has a desk for work and also a television. Everything is kept neat and tidy thanks to two large Eames storage units manufactured by Herman Miller that feature lots of closed and open storage. The color palette is kept bright with bleached wood white floors and super white walls by Benjamin Moore. The wood tones of the storage plus the light wood picture frame add both warmth and dimension to the space. The addition of a CB2 bookcase brings the eye upward and adds 7 shelves of additional open storage.

In Lisbon’s Alcântara neighborhood, a son inherited his father’s apartment and relocated from the UK with his partner to immerse themselves in Portuguese culture. Without altering the floor plan, our studio sought to bring clarity and lightness to the interiors, designing spaces that are both versatile and efficient, incorporating built-in furniture, artworks, and personal mementos.
Throughout, the material palette plays with contrast and suspension. Cream stone floors are complemented by warm walnut finishes and airy white sheer curtains. Tailored cabinetry enhances spatial lightness by either floating, as seen with the distinct wall-mounted hall console and bedside tables, or by integrating subtly with the existing carpentry, such as the dresser extending beneath the window and the bay window's dining bench with concealed storage.
Bespoke solutions cater to the living room’s diverse functions, including dining, reading, lounging, and occasionally painting. A niche beside the fireplace is home to a suspended walnut shelving system, intended to showcase a curated collection of ceramics and travel souvenirs. The room’s angled layout is tempered by a central composition of circular elements: a dining table, rug, and custom coffee table with a floating top. The dining area is completed with reissued vintage Portuguese classics.
The kitchen includes a small breakfast nook, delineated by traditional hand-painted tiles from the nearby historic Sant’Anna factory, and a matching upholstered bench. These details come together to create a luminous, functional space that gently reflects the past while accommodating contemporary life.

View of the great room from the entry hall. Since the renters were unable to paint the walls, they brought in color through rugs and textiles, warmth through mixed and match wood tones, and personality through their treasured objects and travel souvenirs.
