This hotel restaurant was transformed from a simple summer terrace into a charming dining destination in a cozy inner courtyard. The interiors embrace the Provencal style with a fresh palette of whites and greens, creating a bright, airy, and inviting atmosphere. Thoughtful furniture arrangement, soft textiles, and natural elements ensure a warm and intimate experience for every guest. What was once a modest outdoor space has become a memorable setting where visitors enjoy both casual meals and special occasions, making every visit feel unique.

The goal of this beautiful makeover was to create an amazing space for a large family to come together and enjoy time special occasions. To create wonderful memories! The original layout was very traditional in it's day, a separate kitchen/eating area, a separate 3 season room, a front living room, all divided up with walls. And the view of the lake was completely obscured! We removed several walls, made the 3 season room into a year round space, and gave this home a complete change to bring in sunlight and enjoy the views!

Another key factor was its future appeal to potential buyers, as they’re ready to enjoy their new kitchen while also considering downsizing in the future.

We transformed this formerly dark and dated dining room into a bright and inviting space to dine. The small-scale patterned wallpaper and orange ombre area rug add depth, color and texture to the room. The dark wood furniture and flooring make the white of the wallpaper and chairs pop. The crystal chandelier and silk drapes add a touch of "glam" creating a bit more formal atmosphere. This is a dining room that can be enjoyed every day as well as special occasions!
