This Craftsman style house went from 1950s split-level to contemporary design featuring a large family room with oak truss ceiling, outdoor decks and a walk-out basement. We used most of the existing foundation and first-floor perimeter walls and embraced the narrow, deep lot. This was a Design Build speculative house that started a trend of upgrading the entire street.

A major renovation turned a 1960s split-level house into a five-bedroom masterpiece on three levels in Short Hills. The traditional exterior gives way to a clean, modern interior with exquisite touches. This Design Build home was sold soon after completion.

Philadelphia Row Home Renovation focusing on maximizing storage for a young family of 5. We created a "mudroom" in the front of the row home with a large living room space for family time + hosting. We used kid-friendly furnishings with performance fabrics that are durable and easy to clean. Prioritized eco-friendly selections, utilizing locally sourced + American made pieces.

Expansive views to the east were maximized in SRA’s conversion of a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath apartment in Tribeca, to a one-bedroom pied-a-terre. The 1,620-square-foot space now has a flexible den/guest bedroom suite off the living area.

This 1980’s beach house was recently renovated and decorated for a young NYC family. While keeping the spirit of the low slung design of the existing house, mostly on the front elevation, the interior and rear elevation was totally transformed to meet the today requirements.

My client wanted bold colors and a room that fueled her children’s creativity. We transformed the old storage space underneath the staircase into a playhouse by simply adding a door and tiny windows. On one side of the staircase I added a blackboard and on the other side the wall was covered in a laminate wood flooring to add texture completing the look of the playhouse. A custom designed writing desk with seating to accommodate both children for their art and homework assignments. The entire area is designed for playing, imagining and creating.
