This Master Suite while being spacious, was poorly planned in the beginning. Master Bathroom and Walk-in Closet were small relative to the Bedroom size. Bathroom, being a maze of turns, offered a poor traffic flow. It only had basic fixtures and was never decorated to look like a living space. Geometry of the Bedroom (long and stretched) allowed to use some of its' space to build two Walk-in Closets while the original walk-in closet space was added to adjacent Bathroom. New Master Bathroom layout has changed dramatically (walls, door, and fixtures moved). The new space was carefully planned for two people using it at once with no sacrifice to the comfort. New shower is huge. It stretches wall-to-wall and has a full length bench with granite top. Frame-less glass enclosure partially sits on the tub platform (it is a drop-in tub). Tiles on the walls and on the floor are of the same collection. Elegant, time-less, neutral - something you would enjoy for years. This selection leaves no boundaries on the decor. Beautiful open shelf vanity cabinet was actually made by the Home Owners! They both were actively involved into the process of creating their new oasis. New Master Suite has two separate Walk-in Closets. Linen closet which used to be a part of the Bathroom, is now accessible from the hallway. Master Bedroom, still big, looks stunning. It reflects taste and life style of the Home Owners and blends in with the overall style of the House. Some of the furniture in the Bedroom was also made by the Home Owners.

Remarkable Condo Transformation at Grand Preserve
Welcome to our latest project reveal: the stunning transformation of a 2,885 SF luxury condo. Join us as we take you on a room-by-room tour of this beautiful space and share the before and after moments that will leave you speechless. From a completely upgraded kitchen to a luxurious master bathroom, the results of our redesign have created an elegant, comfortable, and inviting living space that perfectly blends style and functionality. Let's dive in and explore the meticulous details of this awe-inspiring transformation.
Reworked Front Entryway:
A first impression sets the tone for the overall experience, and that is precisely what we aimed to achieve with the front entryway. We reconfigured this area to make it more welcoming and functional, adding stylish yet practical elements that would make any guest feel instantly at home. By removing a large, outdated built-in console, we gave this space an instant refresh and created a more visually harmonious entryway.
Completely Upgraded Kitchen:
The heart of every home is the kitchen, and this luxury condo got the full treatment. We replaced the old cabinetry with new, contemporary flat front cabinets, and installed white quartz countertops that ooze elegance. The addition of a new white beauty quartz island provides ample space for meal prep or casual dining, while the custom tile backsplash adds a stunning visual element. As the cherry on top, we installed top-of-the-line appliances for the ultimate cooking experience.
Open Floor Plan:
To create a more open and inviting living space, we removed the wall between the morning room and dining room. This smart design move allowed natural light to flow through the entire space, making it feel even larger and more welcoming. By connecting these two areas visually and physically, we created the perfect setting for entertaining guests or enjoying a cozy night in.
Master Bedroom Makeover:
The master bedroom needed a breath of fresh air, and that's exactly what it got. We removed the dated carpeting and replaced it with new, elegant flooring that gives the room a more sophisticated and polished appearance. In this sanctuary, you can now enjoy a soothing and tranquil retreat away from everyday life.
Master Bath Overhaul:
A complete overhaul was in order for the master bathroom, and we went all out to create a spa-like oasis. The once-cramped space was opened up, and new, stunning flooring was installed. We added custom cabinetry for optimal storage and organization, and topped them with gorgeous new white quartz countertops. The shower was upgraded with elegant tile and the addition of a practical yet luxurious shower seat.
New Exterior Sliding doors:
Last but not least, we made a significant improvement to the exterior of the luxury condo by adding new, high-quality sliding doors. These not only enhance the condo's aesthetic appeal but also create a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience by providing easy access to a breathtaking outdoor space.
This remarkable luxury condo transformation attests to the positive impact of thoughtful design and expert craftsmanship. Every detail of the project reflects our dedication to delivering a comfortable and stylish haven for our clients. The end result? A 2,885 SF wonderland that elevates everyday living and provides the perfect backdrop for making memories that will last a lifetime. We hope this transformation inspires you to reimagine your own living spaces and create the sanctuary you've been dreaming of.

Bordering on 68,000 unobstructed acres of the Bureau of Land Management, this exquisite home commands dramatic mountain & prairie views, from the majestic Sangre de Cristos to the east to the extensive stretches of the Jemez/Badlands to the west. Designed in the Mid-Century Modern vernacular ‘form follows function’ the structure presents with clean rectilinear lines, sloping roofs, and organic use of materials, incorporating steel, stone and stucco, deeply etched with endless sheets of glass, providing a seamless indoor/outdoor flow.
Distinguishing features showcase 3 sloping roofs piercing the glass with 3” tongue and groove Alaskan Yellow Cedar, bringing one continuous ceiling plane inside/out. In sharp contrast, highly polished concrete micro-slab floors glisten softly under the voluminous illumination of LED recessed lighting. Cantilevered portals, with stepped metal fascia, frame out the 3 sections of the home, as they wraparound the bold enveloping walls.
The natural use of wood, between African teak and walnut, bring warmth in both the custom interior doors and cabinetry. Most spectacular to the home’s design and connectivity, and prominently positioned in 3 key passageways, include a floor to ceiling glass atrium luxuriating in natural light between the kitchen and family room, a sleek 10 foot stretch of glass hallway connecting the master and main living wings, and a massive 600 pound cold rolled plate steel entry door, with patinaed oversized brass handle, all symmetrically, and artistically positioned for a harmonious flow.

Laqfoil stretch ceiling, digitally printed with a map drawn in 1689 by Gerard van Schagen, an Amsterdam cartographer. Even within the context of 15th century cartography, van Shagen’s work is considered outstanding to this day. With today's stretch ceiling and wide format printing technologies, you can have timeless works of art that once cost a prince's ransom in your own home, combined with a superior ceiling that never peels, bubbles, fades, discolours, or needs repainting.

This captivating photorealistic digital artwork, "California Dreamin'," transports you to a vibrant coastal sunset, rendered with breathtaking detail that blurs the line between painting and photograph. The scene is dominated by the expansive ocean, with powerful waves crashing onto a sandy shore in the foreground. The foam of the receding wave nearest to you is particularly striking, catching the golden light of the setting sun and glowing with an ethereal luminescence. The water itself, further out, transitions from a rich turquoise closer to the shore to deeper blues where the waves are building. Dynamic splashes and whitecaps convey the raw energy of the sea, inviting you to almost hear the roar of the surf.
The horizon is a dramatic interplay of light and color. The sun, a brilliant orb of intense orange and yellow, is perfectly positioned, casting a dazzling reflection across the water's surface that stretches towards you. Above the horizon, the sky is a masterpiece of atmospheric beauty. Large, voluminous clouds are painted with fiery oranges and deep reds where they catch the direct sunlight, transitioning to soft blues and grays as they stretch towards the upper edges of the frame. This dramatic cloudscape adds immense depth and mood to the artwork, creating a sense of both grandeur and peacefulness. The meticulous attention to light, from the shimmering reflections on the water to the radiant glow filtering through the clouds, is a hallmark of this digital artwork's photorealistic quality. The overall composition balances the dynamic motion of the waves with the serene beauty of the sunset, creating a visually rich and emotionally evocative piece.
"California Dreamin'" is exceptionally versatile and would enhance a variety of decorating styles. Its natural subject matter and vibrant yet calming color palette make it an ideal fit for Coastal or Beach House decor, instantly transforming a room into a serene seaside retreat. For Bohemian interiors, its dramatic colors and natural theme resonate with an adventurous spirit and eclectic charm. In Modern or Contemporary settings, the artwork's clean lines and striking visual impact can serve as a powerful focal point, adding a burst of color and organic form. Even in Transitional or Eclectic spaces, it provides a beautiful balance, blending classic beauty with a contemporary feel. The artwork's ability to evoke relaxation and wonder makes it a fantastic addition to numerous rooms.
It would be a magnificent centerpiece in a Living Room, particularly over a sofa or fireplace, where its expansive view could invite conversation and contemplation. In a Bedroom, its tranquil yet dynamic energy could foster a sense of peace and inspiration, perfect for unwinding. For a Home Office or Study, "California Dreamin'" offers a captivating visual escape, providing a refreshing backdrop that promotes calm and creativity. It could also make a striking first impression in a Hallway or Entryway, welcoming guests with its breathtaking beauty.

Referencing this square footage as an internal courtyard might be a stretch. A more accurate description would perhaps be the awesome things that New Yorkers can do with the tiny spaces we have.
The parameters of the project lend to its description. This Tribeca residential building’s shared amenity space and gym on the lower level opens up onto a 350 square foot space of brick walls and concrete pavers. The south wall of this space is made up by the terraces belonging to the residential units above and while the setting allows for minimal ambient light, each balcony looks down onto the shared space below.
In order to provide visual interest from the gym and the overhead views, Blondie’s designers Sara Baerwald and Eva Vessio utilized Jay Scott’s rectangle containers lining the north wall as well as surrounding the utilities in the southwest corner. They then created 8 foot faux boxwood hedge on the north wall and the appropriate height to conceal the utilities. From below the hedge creates the feeling of a courtyard and from above it softens the view of the once barren space. Adding color and functionality, the concrete pavers were replaced with rubber tiles in a bright aqua. To play off of this color and add a unique level of visual impact, artist Chris Pearson designed and painted a multi-color prism mural. Primarily on the east wall and then stretching over the hedges to the south, the depth and dimension that this mural provides for the space is incredible. It is a testament to the successful solutions we conjure when thinking outside the box and allowing for unique site specific resolutions.

How to tie a dark wood floor to the rest of the room when you want to paint light? Porevit Inc. solves this problem by installing a high gloss dark brown stretch ceiling insert by Laqfoil. This insert also visually enlarges the space by reflecting it, dampens unwanted sound, and adds thermal insulation to the space.
